My go-to printer for reliable, high quality printing. I've been using Uprinting for over 10 years, their customer service is really good, and they offer tons of products.

Needing custom wine labels for my bottles, I appreciate the opportunity to use my creative skills with UPrinting to enhance my hobby.

They were extremely helpful in helping me resolve my problems, and made sure I had a product I was satisfied with.

Unfortunately not a good experience. I ordered custom stickers for my business. Stickers showed up blank. Customer service helped me and got my order in. A couple of weeks later the stickers arrived completely off center, crooked and not proportional to the sticker. They were so bad I couldn’t use them for my business. I will not use UPrinting again for stickers…

We've been ordering from UPrinting off & on for a few years and particularly like the half page flyers we get printed. They're the best quality and print job that I've seen from a couple different vendors I've used over the years. Never had an issue with the print quality, delivery or customer service, so we'll keep ordering!

UPrinting delayed approving my proof for 3 days and only did so once I reached out about the long wait time. Then the delivery date changed and passed my deadline even though I paid for expedited 1 day shipping which was HALF of the cost of the product itself. When it finally arrived, the packaging sleeve was misprinted without the adhesive strip. I reached out to their customer service requesting a reprint as soon as possible and almost a week as gone by without any updates. Every time I talk to customer service, they stay it's either on hold or being investigated. Time is money and they won't even process any partial or full refund for the loss my company has taken. No proper resolution has been made and I just receive apologies without any actions. Not good for Corporate projects.

UPrinting is easy to use, templates are very helpful, they check your artwork before printing if you desire, pricing is competitive and turnaround is fast.

Great quality printing with quick turnaround and delivery. Our postcards looked great! Thank you.

This company is Trash!
i placed an order from printing, the customer service is 2 stars and their job are worst! After more than a week that i tried to explain what exactly needed to be and how and more than 3 weeks to get my orders and after all that i received invoices with small text that no body can see and car dalek with small text and stickers with the same problem small text.so i called them an they didn't want to take the responsibility and transferred the call from each to other and after more than a week on the phone they suggest me to reorder and pay the same amount of money.this company is ridicules.just save your money and go with different company that can provide Good service and professional job!

Imagine the problems a business incurs when their entire image is run by $3 a day employees in a call center. Been a customer since 2008. Ended today. 6 business accounts gone like that. To the owner, What's your new customer acquisition cost? Was it worth it?

Efficient service, handled banner printing professionally and answered all questions when asked. The products I've received have met my high expectations. Shipping by ground takes a week to deliver product across the country, but that's just an observation.

My banner is perfect. The graphics look great and it's extremely durable. My first banner came damaged due to the shipping company. The fantastic customer service person I talked to quickly saw that I needed a replacement banner and started the process immediately) Really easy folks to work with!
