7They just outright refuse to deliver our packages. They’ve put in on the truck the last 4 business days in a row and still have yet to attempt a delivery. We are now missing items ordered for our wedding day. We will avoid ups in angels camp and avoid ups all together as best we can. FedEx always shows up within a couple days of being due at least.
Every time i use ups the items are about two weeks late or they deliver it to the wrong address,
will not be using agin
This facility as well as Stocktons is grossly mismanaged. I was supposed to receive a package 4 days ago and have yet to receive it. They switched my address multiple times, making it the wrong address and causing it to be delayed further. As a customer I do not appreciate this at all, you have one job! You get paid to do this job, DO IT RIGHT. I wish I could give a lower rating.
The driver that does our area is WONDERFUL! Don't know how much the young man makes but he deserves a raise!
The location is in the middle of nowhere and you will definitely be second guessing your GPS to find it. It is a very very small shop that is outdated, but everyone is super nice, but busy. Do expect a wait to be greeted, but also expect to get all of your questions answered.
It's kind of out of the way and their hours are fairly short which is why I only gave it three stars. They do have a box out front that you can put your package in if it's not too big and if it has the shipping label and you've already paid your shipping fees.
Open to customers for an hour and a half per day. No shipping supplies. NO. SHIPPING. SUPPLIES. At UPS? Really? Why bother?
