. I dread interacting with location.consistently horrible customer service, including just plain rude on the telephone. Could really benefit from customer training exercises.

I have 2 perishable “2 day” packages that have been sitting in Romoland for a week now. Every day states on truck for delivery n then “has been delayed one business day” wth is going on? At this point both items will not be edible so I guess it doesn’t matter. I just wish they were up front about the problem.

The security guards at the front were the meanest and rudest people, the guy that gives the packages was very cool and nice!

Due to current circumstances, I am unable to give 5 Stars. Shipments are being delayed, sometimes for several days with the only explanation being "Due to Covid 19". Sometimes feels like that "Catchall Answer" is used just thrown out to excuse unrelated issues. Post Office and FedEx have been more reliable as of late, which is not normal. I really look forward to UPS getting back to their dominance of the Shipping World.

I tried calling but the number was out of service. I've been trying to get my pkg since June 17th. They keep saying the next day. So much for my father's day gift. How can they be operate like this? Also the truck just went by. Also they never ring the doorbell when they.do come!

Lost my package then update 4 days later that it’s out for delivery, but it wasn’t. If you call UPS they just tell you to contact seller, but they don’t contact seller to inform them of anything, UPS is worthless.

Do NOT use this company. I used 2 day air service and it took them 6 days to deliver my parcel. Horrible experience, would not recommend.

It was it was the first time I'd ever been the man in the shipping office is very helpful, my experience there was good it could have been worse since I didn't know what I was doing

The guy called me to tell me that they missed their delivery. Called me back to say that he will just leave it and doesn't require a signature, nope, I call to ask about where I can pickup the package and they tell me I can do it anytime nope, they only do that after 8, my only good rating is that the two guys helping me were friendly

I’m just gonna go to Amazon at least there numbers work.

I was home ALL day at 8: 25 P. M. 7-22-19. I got a message that said we could not get access. Lie. Amazon called them they said they tried to deliver at 11: 00 A. M. Lie. Why did the message tried to deliver no access not come until 8: 25. The manager is on the premises From 9-5 to let them in. After hours they can get in by calling from the gate our apt. UPS does not hold their lazy drivers Who want to end their shift when getting late so make excuses and UPS like a bad parent makes excuses for there child and not hold them accountable so they continue to not do their bad behavior. Again today 7-23-19 told Amazon they would deliver by 10 AM and low and behold Lie. I called and they said they they would get here when they get here. The woman on the phone was rude and very unprofessional and started raising her voice to me so I raised mine back. I called her a name I shouldn’t have but I am so tired of the excuses and lies. I had had it. I have a screenshot which I posted on Yelp as no way to do it here to show the tracking, which shows I am being forthright in this situation with UPS. If I could give a zero I would.

Kinda out of the way. Found the place by following the car in front of me who I had a feeling was going to the same place as I do, lol. Had to wait for a bit because the man in front of me didn't have his identification ready. But when my turn came it was super fast and hassle-free!

My son John Weaver worked the Christmas season! AND HE finally got his check BUT IT WAS INVADED CAUSE IT WAS OVER 90 DAYS LATE! WE SCANED THE CHECK! I SPOKE TO KAREN ABOUT HIS PROBLEM- WE DID EVERYTHING SHE TOLD US TO-DO! HELLO ITS AUGUST NOW! THE CHECK WAS LESS THAN $220 BUT IT IS THE PRINCIPAL OF THE WHOLE THING - MY DAD WORKED AT UPS FOR OVER 35 YR. - HE HAS MADE SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO CALL OLDER SUPVISES AND THEY ARE GIVING HIM THE RUN AROUND TOO - YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT WHAT IT USED TO BE - FOR A 24YR NOT TO RECEIVE A CHECK IN A TIMELY MANNER REALLY SUCKS! SHAME ON YOU!

My guess is this this location is Uunionized, aka lack of customer focus and inflexible regulations handed down by the central planner, And I'm inconvenienced in my busy day returning to my to my car empty handed and and waiting to pick up a package of parts and supplies

The parking lot is near empty and two men in UPS uniform sit in a deathly quiet office until 2pm strikes the hour.

I still have 9 minutes to wait. Never again.and I will take my shipping business else where.

As long as you know the hours of operation, this is a very efficient place to send and pickup packages. It’s especially valuable for me since wine club shipments require a signature. You can manage your deliveries to pick them up here on the UPS app!

Anytime a package is to be shipped by UPS they never complete it. But USPS, FedEx, DHL all can do it without any problems? I swear they must only hire either morons or pot heads. Fire your drivers and hire uber drivers because at least they know how to do their job or go to addresses.

UPS charged my credit card for extra fees, then someone at the facility stole the luggage that was suppose to be delivered. The trip was from 10/28 - 11/5. The package arrived to the Romoland facility on Friday the 2nd but got "LOST" aka stolen after they put the new charges on my credit card. UPS knows the package never arrived and they guaranteed delivery and they still have not paid back the fees they charged' to my credit card or reimbursed for the stolen luggage and items in the luggage. Since we didn't have clothes for the vacation that was very inconveniencing also. The manager I spoke with on the phone was very rude talked really fast like she was disinterested in the fact that the luggage never arrived, then proceeded to say it would take up to 10 days to investigate and it was up to me to call the facility where the luggage was originally shipped from to keep up with the details of the investigation because they don't let the customer know the outcome of their investigates with lost" packages. Why would it be up to the customer to keep calling since the service was never provided and there was a breach of contract with delivery? I called to give the a list of items (31) that were stolen and the person on the phone didn't put everything on the claim. So i had to call back. The whole process has been very frustrating. This was a new ups account for my company and I really don't want trust using their services again because I've been victimized several time over this process.
