UPS drivers some are super lazy people they don’t bother getting of their trucks and do their work which is DELIVER instead they click you as sorry we missed you next delivery date blah blah blah. And you end up picking it up your self from their warehouse. What a shame of company it used to be good but now it is the worse delivery company there is.

This place is horrible. My package has been delayed twice. Due to police activity I cannot get it until they release it. What the heck is going on at this UPS Station!

PHOTOS of the UPS Driver prides himself on being a complete jerk and yells out to customers that he, "Can't get fired! ".

My package was a high value item and a signature was required for delivery. The driver just left on my porch and forged my signature by saying I signed it. I could not refuse the package or check for damages before signing on delivery because this driver decided it was too much effort to ring my bell and ask for my signature. The package was indeed damaged and now I need to spend my own money to send it back. Worse experience ever.

I am not sure whether any supervisor or manager at this Oakland UPS facility location can help to find my package. It is a big box, around 20lb, and was scanned here on May 25th upon arrival with other 4 shipping boxes. The other four shipping boxes have been delivered successfully. However this box for some reason was stopped at Oakland UPS facility center and didn't get a departure scanning. The tracking number is 1ZEW05270374193267. This is a quite big box. It is hard to image that this box can be lost somewhere during the transfer. We have been waiting for almost a week. Any helps will be appreciated.

Still remember when I moved to Berkeley back in 2016 and they failed to deliver a Comcast tool box. When I requested for local pickup, they said this is the only place that I can get my package.

Spent an hour due to traffic and they said they don’t have it. Fine. Visited here again next day, waited for nearly 40 mins to get a little package that I supposed to have three days ago.

Luckily I don’t need to dealing with this facility ever again in these years.

This has got to be the worst experience ever with UPS. I was supposed to receive my debit card on Tuesday. I didn't receive it and so I waited until Wednesday. I called to see if it was still coming and if it didn't get here during the time window then I would get a private carrier to get it to me. I WAS TOLD BY TWO PEOPLE THAT MY PACKAGE WAS GUARANTEED TO BE DELIVERED. I called after the 9 window because I had been waiting all day, not seeing A SINGLE UPS TRUCK. I was given excuses and the run around and was told that I had limited options due to the restrictions put on by the bank. So I called the bank and had both them and UPS on the line and all I'm getting are still excuses. No guarantees, no documentation stating that IT WILL BE DELIVERED, nothing but lies and excuses. I haven't had access to my funds in over a week and this company's incompetence is making me suffer longer than necessary.

Timely, helpful and personable. I just wish when they deliver they would place items out of sight, as if they were delivering to family, things get stolen when they don't! Happen to me many times with Amazon they won't reimburse nor send you another package!

Stood in line for several minutes before an employee acknowledged me I had to listen to all the latest ups gossip before I could get help. Horrible customer service.

Service is still poor since covid has gone into place. As a customer service expert management really needs to address the issues. I understand only so many people can be in the building at the same time, but its a simple 2 line process for drop offs and pickups. Do not complicate what needs to be done. Simply make the right pickups and the left drop offs and place signs outside so people can read it clearly and not waste time. If there are no drop offs being completed then the next person can step in to complete pickups, but don't leave guests waiting outside in the rain because of your inabilities to facilitate work or manage the situation. It's more of a warehouse, but it's a full service customer center, where you can return Amazon packages, etc. Also, they are very Covid safe, with plastic barriers, and one customer at a time at the door. They do a fantastic job!

Have issues with UPO delivery, not the stores. Delivers can't access gated apartments, so they either toss packages over the fence for any neighbor to get or they leave attempted delivery notices at the gate even when you're home. Why don't they ask vendors / retailers to get phone numbers when placing orders?

Waited two hours on line in 100 degree great after receiving a notice that my package was there; only to have them tell me they couldn't find it and to try calling back (repeatedly, because the night rep "could be sleeping"), at 3 am to see if they found it. No thanks. I'll stick with FedEx.

I’d give a zero star if there is one, this ups store ruined our festival gifts that we sent to our family. They didn’t deliver on time and they don’t deliver on Saturdays since they are closed. Worst service ive used

They are always losing my packages and the customer service doesn't seem to have a care in the world. I have never seen people move so slowly and with such attitude towards customers. I tried to avoid UPS whenever possible.
