18 This review is for my UPS carrier Drew (not sure about his last name) based in Menlo Park. Drew was my UPS person for the past 3 and half years in RWC until I moved a couple of months ago. He is always friendly and professional. Every time my dog Nori heard Drew at the door, she hopped to grab her favorite toy to share with him. It’s safe to say he is one of Nori’s favorite humans and I think the feelings are mutual.
I recently ordered medications for my dog but it got sent to the old address (my fault). Drew remembered Nori gets medication from this particular place (printed on the shipping box) and it’s something she needs to take everyday. He immediately reached out and got the package rerouted to my new address. Nori now will have her meds on time and can continue to be the happy silly dog she is. Thank you Drew and thank you UPS for having such a wonderful person on your team!
4$ pay cut to its hardest working employees, back breaking labor, no ergonomics, poor management and an even worse union. Dont give money to this sorry company. Your package is getting tossed hard costumers, fragile or not. This company is embarrasing.
Kinda slow because it's really a warehouse and getting someone's attention and having them walk and find you takes a while but they had my package and gave it to me, what more do you want? It was great really.
Hours have been reduced due to Covid. They are closing at 4, but have some hours in the evenings.
The manager help me get my lost package back. Also the people response for my area help me report my lost package to his manager.
Hours are 11am-4pm but only posted on building and not online. I even called UPS customer service and was told the location hours were listed as 10am-5pm
Incredible people and nice. Helped me in seconds and reassured me while I was there. Knowledge is top notch.
Post hours not the same as actual hours. Wasted a hour getting over to the hub to find out they close at 4pm
Lied about open hours said they open at 10 when I called the night before visiting. I got there at 10 am the next they and they said they moved everything to 11 covid. When the manager inside said people are out at lunch.
Despite her being here the manager would not grab my package for me to save me from having to waste an hour. Terrible customer service, the manager should be reprimanded.
Change your hours. They lost my package and then I had to reorder for pick up. Drove all the way here to find covid hours of 11-4pm. Who on earth can make these hours and work a normal job? Extremely disappointed.
I am not here to rate the service but share the info that UPS site doesn't display as of now.
My Hub on 1355 Adams CT closes at 4: 00pm during Covid 19. They said it's temporary.
I hope this post can prevent people from coming to this location for nothing.

FYI the hours for UPS is different despite what their website and phone support says. It opens at 11am
It's very poor customer service to shut the door in the faces of people who have already been there before your closing hours. Especially since you seem to have been changing your hours every month because of the virus
The package has been sitting in the warehouse for 3 days and it’s only 5 miles from me. And now the delivery has been postpone for another 3 days for no reason whatsoever. Is there a way to call the hub directly? Cause the UPS customer service doesn’t provide human support either.
My husband and I would like to acknowledge Jason Murphy who delivers packages out here in our area. Please let him know that we appreciate his hard work out here during this crazy pandemic!
Tucked away and definitely looks like you shouldn't be driving back there, but really convenient to use for pickups.
Costumer service is a joke. They don't even say hello and act like they are doing you a favor. One of the worst costumer service experience I've ever had. Package is nowhere to be found, they checked my info notice and send me to the lockers. The infonotice track number is not associated with any package.there it goes the weeding anniversary present for my wife. EXTREMELY disappointed!
