Impossible to reach a human. Extremely hard to ship internationally. Your staff needs to be trained on international shipping. Horrible experience.

I've had the worst experience with UPS. My package was sent almost 10 days ago and they have not delivered. I have their app that said it would be out for delivery Wednesday for the second time and never got delivered. I spent all day Thrusday waiting after I received notice it would be delivered from 12pm to 4pm. The package never arrived. To this day the package notification still says on its way and no package. That was supposed to be someone's gift. I am very disappointed.

The gentleman behind the counter was super helpful. He carefully explained how to print out my information and quickly processed my package. I will definitely be using UPS again in the future.

Tyler was an absolutely amazing employee and deserves employee of the year. He was entirely wonderful, efficient, helpful, kind, and professional. My boyfriend and I had so many things to pack and figure out, and Tyler was extremely accommodating and helpful. He even gave us some recommendations for places we could go while we are in town! Overall, I felt very comfortable and happy to be there.

Socially unaware, this UPS can best be described as helter skelter. Stop by on Thursday nights and listen to profanity infused rap as it blasts the family townhomes across street. For real fun roll up at 3: 30 am when the gathered brown shirts attempt to raise the dead making as much noise as possible with zero concern for the dense housing just across a residential street. Good times!

Terrible experience.

I had to hold a package that required a signature at the location because I was traveling for work. I paid extra money for this hold too. All correspondence from UPS said to go to the Customer Center (CC) to pick up. I went on Dec 31, it was closed, which did not match the website. But since it was the observed NY holiday, I assumed that was the reason.

After traveling 1/3 - 1/6, I came back on 1/6 at 4: 15pm only to find the CC closed through Monday 1/10 and nothing on the sign noting what to do for package hold pick up. Since this was the last day allowed for the hold, I called UPS customer service (from the UPS parking lot) and they kept telling me were open and couldn’t help me. They actually had the guts to tell me to go walk over and open the door. They finally believed me after customer service manager called the CC line and no one picked up and they left a message at the main warehouse regarding my scenario.

Later, I found out I could pick up in the “front office”. How was I supposed to know that? There was no sign on the Customer Center door and nothing in my email from UPS regarding this option. Again everything in my email said to go to Customer Center for pick up. Turns out I could have picked it up on 12/31 this way too. Ultimately I made 3 trips from Buellton to pick up my package. I paid additional $$ for this hold service too.

I understand staffing issues and COVID have made things challenging. But how hard is it to write a sign on the CC door “For package hold pick ups, please go here”. That’s why there is a 1 star review. It should not have been so difficult to pick up a package from a service I paid extra money for. I am also writing this review so someone else in my scenario knows what do to.

The man at the counter was more than helpful. My package got to Idaho faster than expected.

Its so hard to find the entrance and my package was undeliverable because a new driver and it was pet food my animal was all out i was mad
