This is absolutely horrible Location look at reviews under 3.0.drop of package never open closed on weekends specifically Saturday opening late on weekdays close early bad parking Rude customer service and seem like they don't exist the person runs this Location is got his head in toilet dose not care properly
provide Customer service there drivers are always lare, there trucks pulling out in to on coming traffic excessive speeding down western blvd tailgating other cars passing to close double parking not using curb space holding up traffic jumping out in traffic not using Hazzard lights and diving riding to close fast possible side swipe idiots work for this company not professional bunch package pushers at work youngsters driving trucks like there in there cars behavior not just this Location but whole company problem no safety involved ups fed ex has most truck accidents in U. S just race for time get shipped item delivered without paying OT cause driver drive erratic behavior. Always foot on throudle. Don't send me your nonsense feedback I don't want here it Robotics reply.

Worst ups ever! Told me to pick a package up by 8: 30 and was closed by 2 pm. No resolution and no quality customer service, they should jus shut down at this point

Worst UPS location. My package got rerouted to San Diego. Are you kidding me. Was suppose to be delivered today but guess what somehow it’s in San Diego now. They treat their UPS warehouse employees awful as well. I don’t blame the warehouse employees because of the terrible labor but do better. This location overall is not great.

The hours are very limited, only 10 am to 2 pm. This is the main service center for this region serving over half a million people. What a joke.

They continue to have issues with my packages. Won’t send them to my house send them to my old house. Unable to deliver to shipping store. I have three urgent tickets for this local store and no one has called me or emailed. This Branch of UPS is absolutely terrible.

This is by far the worst center ever and I have UPS investigation supervisors looking into this place because they lose 50% of the packages they get! They have to be stealing. My package was brought here and never seen again! Absolutely horrible experience I will never use ups here again. They won’t answer the phone or locate your package! 0 stars awful experience

They never deliver at the first attempt.
My package said out for delivery since 9: 30am and its past 7pm and still no updates. Their delivery center is less than 3 miles from my address. Any company, but them!

I’m giving 1 start because this is not a full service center and that is not made clear. I stood in line and had to go to place a mile away because this location does not offer all services. It also closes super early in the day.

Over a decade with this center as my local UPS and they're consistently awful. Sick of zero actual delivery attempts and zero notices left. Local USPS is the best option. Local FedEx is more expensive but you will actually receive your packages.
