5UPS couldn’t deliver my package because of a problem they had so they diverted my package to this pick up location, in a different city. Yes that’s right, a different city. On top of that they’re only open four hours a day, M-F. Let me take a vacation day so I can pick up my misdelivered package.
If you know how to read the schedule of when these customer centers are open it makes sense. It’s tied to the flow of business at UPS. Knowledgeable efficient, friendly staff.

Im giving UPS 1 star because I have submitted CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS to where my packages should be dropped off and they are not being followed. This has been an ongoing issue, that I had to go in person to complain and the ups lady said they have alot of seasonal drivers that do not check the further instructions section. However, it does not excuse to not do their job correctly. I hope this can get resolved. Thnx.
I, have a security door where you either need to have a code or you have a key and that didn't happen they came by but they didn't drop it off and I kind of freaked out because I, needed that gift for a baby shower the next day so my Son, rushed me over to their office and thankfully, I was able to get the package! I, was totally thankful and grateful for the town, I live in for over 60yrs. Okay, bye for now
