2 Our package has been sitting there for over a week no updates, nothing, they don’t let us pick it up! It’s so frustrating
Update are package was “lost” hmm suspicious since they had told us this is where it had arrived and they were getting it ready to be delivered…… the reputation of this place is so bad.
If I could leave no stars I would! Been checking the status of my package and it keeps changing. Yesterday it said out for delivery, then that it was delivered however I have no package. Then I went back online to check what happened and the status of the package said that it barely arrived at the ups facility and that it was being processed. Now it’s saying that it’s on its way but that it’s still being processed! Mind you my package has been in the possession of ups since Friday!
