Honestly, reading the previous reviews definitely made me apprehensive as I just recently moved to SD around two weeks ago and ordered a large and expensive mirror which was shipped thru UPS. I won’t lie, it was definitely a headache getting it delivered as the drivers would “attempt delivery” around 3 times within a span of two weeks even though I was home all day and waited for the package each time. Regardless, I decided to do a hold for pick-up. It wasn’t the ideal option as I’m a pretty small woman (5’2 and 120 lbs) so picking up a 65” and 70lb mirror was not my initial choice. Nonetheless, prior to picking up I called the general customer service line to confirm that my package was ready for pick which they did. Around twenty minutes later, I received a call from this UPS confirming my package was available for pickup. When I arrived, I was greeted by such a pleasantly nice lady and the pickup was so seamless and quick. They offered to help lug it into my car too! Another associate gentleman offered to help me as well. Overall, based on my experience very good customer service and efficiency. Just wished the hours were a bit more flexible!

Package needed signature of recipient. Initial notice stated delivery would be between 2: 15 and 4: 15. Next notice stated delivery would be between 1: 30 and 5: 30. Now it is 4.45 and notice states delivery will be 7: 00PM. I have been home awaiting delivery since 1: 30. It would seem that Ups could provide a more realistic estimate of delivery time and have drivers call when they are within 45 minutes or so from delivery so a day doesn’t have to be wasted waiting for the man in brown. Really poor customer service. More like Customer DISSERVICE.

This is a totally inefficient and liar center center, today Saturday I expect a package in my house all day was open, 3 people in the house and the driver put in the system that there was no one to attend the package, the Safety cameras did not record anyone from UPS and are forced to leave a note and he did not leave any, he did not want to work, I do not recommend UPS is a horrible service, again they gave me an empty package, and they do not attend to anyone's claims, if this happened to you, I recommend that you make a complaint to the Court.
I receive an answer with the same bla bla bla, i write directly to the CEO, but i Think nothing happend.

I bought a set of lipstick from Dior, I didn’t know they will require a signature ups left me note telling me that they tried to deliver my package but no one was the they said they will try to deliver it on Monday the 30th, I stayed at home the whole day waiting for the package because in the updates they said they will deliver it after 7 which they didn’t, I waited the next day nothing, I called costumer service they lied to me telling me they tried to deliver again I said to him, don’t lie time you didn’t, he said sorry, I called again he said my package is in the main building, I drove 20 mins, they told me my package is lost and there is nothing they can do

I was supposed to receive my iPhone via ups a week ago. T-Mobile and ups had miscommunication about my address and mailed it to my zip code with no street address so it was never delivered. I talked to three different people on the phone to correct my address and have it delivered and it has just been sitting in this facility. Every person I spoke to said they promise me they will resolve it. I even asked for peoples names and numbers. I used these names and numbers for later phone calls to reference conversations and people would not even look them up so essentially those conversations did absolutely nothing. After all of this I am going to leave work for an hour tomorrow to retrieve my package that was never even attempted to be delivered because this facility is only open from 10-2! I am never ordering a phone for delivery again and avoiding ups at all costs. This level of incompetence is blowing my mind.
