I'll vouch for the "driver lied" reviews. At the end of their day/route, UPS drivers will routinely leave 'delivery attempted' notices for signature-required packages, without even knocking on the door or ringing the doorbell. That way they can just return it to sender instead of being inconvenienced and have to wait for someone to come to the door. I don't know of a worse delivery service than UPS.

Was told by Spectrum that I could use their free return service. WRONG.
Was rudely told that they are just a hub? !
