4There web sight says to call this telephone number to speak to a " "knowledgeable team member". Totally false. You cannot speak to a person. If it isn't a simple problem that you might be able to navigate through the computer, you are out of luck. Terible customer service and dishonest advertising on there web sight.
Very frustrating automated phone service. Absolutely can not get through to a representative.

The automated UPS service center phone system is terrible. I tried to find out about a missed delivery (requiring a signature) and the system absolutely won’t let you talk to a real person without a tracking number. But the UPS delivery person did NOT leave a tracking number on the door tag notice. A terrible system. I hoped UPS would be better than the olde USPS system, but alas, it in no better.
