UPS Customer Center, Los Angeles CA

I had a prepaid package so I just dropped it off. The guy up front had to tell a few people that this is "NOT A UPS STORE. " So don't go here if you're returning an Amazon package.

Horrible service. Very rude staff. They do not know what they are doing. I sent a package to a foreign country and asked the staff member whether the goods could be sent there. I was told yes. Three days later the recipient tells me that they were unable to receive the package as it additional documentation was needed at the customs. Nobody told me anything about additional documentation at UPS. They do not know any rules and they do not care. I paid 250 dollars and after the package was shipped back I had to pay more than 200 on top of that for the "return". I tried calling UPS and even going back to that UPS location on Santa Monica blvd but I was being told that they can do nothing. While on phone I have been told by UPS that they can do nothing and I should figure it out with the UPS office that accepted my package. At the same time, the staff member at UPS Santa Monica blvd location lied that "I told them that I have been sending this kind of shipment to the country before"; trying to put the blame on me. Unacceptable. Never again.

I came here to pick up a package. I was greeted with a smile, the service was quick and easy. I didn’t have any hassles at all. There was free parking outside, which is always a hassle in LA, so I’d use this facility again for my shipping needs.

This man not only performed an illegal action, he was incredibly rude.
I hope the cameras there caught our experience.
Despite the large sign you can see in this photo he:
A) told me he did not have supplies to sell me - although a huge stack of boxes sat in the corner
And
B) that they were out of tape. And eventually after I pointed the boxes out he said he had tape, but would have to charge me for it.

The sign in front of him clearly says they will tape the first package.
I only had package to ship.

So he was rude. Tried to deny selling me supplies. And then charged me against UPS rules posted there.

Incredibly inefficient and unfriendly.
Please refrain him or fire him.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Sabrina hung up multiple times and had the attitude of a child when we had been directed from the downtown branch to the bay center. Sort it out

Come here a few times a month, it's small but convenient. Only thing is parking can be crazy and can be packed even when it's empty in the customer center.

Much cheaper shipping rates here than at many of the other stores. Not much parking and a little hard to see on the small side of Santa Monica can't get busy at times

My package is very small I dont know why they cant just leave it in my mailbox like all of my packages!
Now they wNt me to come to their branch that i cant and the costumer service from the Philippines that i talked with sunday afternoon US time is not pleasant!
