I like the customer center better than contractor UPS offices. More efficient and safer as they have a glass protective wall between the customer and the person handling the labeling, etc.

Look i have to agree with negative reviews.i get packages delivered by the dozens and UPS is the worst LEAST ADAPTIVE SERVICE there is out of 3.my fedex guy will come back later if im not here, USPS does also, or at least they have standard hours of when they show up.but UPS will come at 8 in the morning, when sign on my door says 12-8.and leave a note.then will come back next day during at the same time 9am. WHEN SIGN ON MY DOOR SAYS 12-8.and no one is there at 8 or 9 in the morning! What a waste of time.may as well just keep packages at your location.save time and gas and paying delivery driver cause all he does is just waste everyones time! Cause now i have to reschedule delivery to location anyway and go pick it up from there. THE NEXT DAY.so here another day is wasted and my customer wont get his stuff back yet for another day.very inefficient service, no one cares about customer experience.they just run around like robots.didnt even knock on door.i was actually here early on the phone call.but kept door locked upfront.they just left their silly sticker and that's the end of it! Whats the point of paying for 2nd day delivery when i can't even make changes to delivery opptions because im a business address, there is no customer support on phone so now i have to be sleeping by the door waiting till the guy will show up randomly without complete regard to my business hours or just have 3 failed deliveries and then the package will be held at the location. AND THATS 2ND DAY DELIVERY WHICH I PAID EXTRA FOR WITH THE SHIPPER!

Had a package delivered to my old address - I live 40 miles away now. Was able to contact them and have them hold package and resend to my new address within 3 days. Ben was a life saver!

I'm giving three stars instead of 5 because I personally was employed there and injured myself on the job and believe it or not the world's largest package moving company is ignoring me and hanging up on me!
about the facility it's aged it's looks worn out it looks depressing although it's 100% functional you could take a package in there haven't weighed pair price walk out the door knowing it's going to get it to its destination however such a nice part of Southern California it sure is shabby looking not very well kept facility

We had the worst experience at this pick up location today. The only person responsible to dispense the package was not at his desk. My husband walked around the facility for good 10 mins before we found a driver who helped locate him. The minute he walked in he started yelling at him that he should be more patient. He was very aggressive and kept passing very threatening and disrespectful remarks to which we didn’t respond. I would have called the cops but my husband and I are both physicians and we had patients waiting for us and didn’t afford to waste time. Extremely disgusted.

Two days in a row my shipments have been driven around Ventura County. I had a couch that was supposed to be delivered yesterday that comes in three separate boxes. All three were scanned and put on a truck at the exact same time. I assume the same truck but. One box was dropped off (the lightest one) and the other two were not. Now I have to wait until Monday for the other two, but at least I got the arm rests for the couch.
Today my mattress drove around town. It's almost 11PM and nothing. So, this UPS delivery center is just wasting time, gas, and money by putting packages on a truck only to take them off and then put them back on tomorrow.pathetic.

Always so helpful. The employees here are really great. Never had a bad experience. And several times employees have gone above and beyond for me.

Shipped an $800 camera from this branch and then it never arrived at the destination and was lost mysteriously. They did not print out a receipt for me when I shipped it so I was not able to confirm the actual delivery. When I asked them if it was still lying around, they said "we don't know what happened to it". Something didn't sound right with that. When shipping high value items, I recommend getting a confirmation receipt.

Horrible customer service! Kim Samuel is the dumbest person to have handling customer service. She spent more time playing grab ass with her boss/manager then doing her job! Kim you should consider moving to Las Vegas and becoming an escort at least you can get paid for your profession you’re born to do! Totally understand why people use fedex!

I give no stars.actually, but they make you give them one. My sister arranges for a UPS pkg, it is scanned at Origin on October 3 and then disappears like it never existed. It looks like it never left the hub. Hmm, I wonder what I am thinking? Great service, the pkg has never arrived and it is October 12 and no way to track, just the usual call center BS. UPS you rock, awesome system, maybe someone is enjoying my pkg and that is why it never left the station.

THE WORSE SERVICES EVER, THIS IS WHY I SHIP WITH FEDEX OR USPS. CONSTANTLY SENDING MY PARCELS TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. HAVING RANDOM PEOPLE SIGN FOR IT, AND OPEN MY PARCELS, THEN WHEN CALLED ON IT. THEY COVER THEIR BUTT BY SHIPPING IT BACK TO THE ORIGINAL SHIPPER AT THE BUYERS LOSS! AWFUL, AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICES. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM ANYONE WHO SHIPS UPS!

I don't know why people blamed this store because they didn't get their things? !
Anyway, this store is very good. Workers handles your box very well. I return Amazon items many time, and I don't have to worry my box lost in somewhere.

NEVER EVER drop an international air package off here thinking it will be shipped on time. The a-holes at this location didn't bother to load my package on the truck on friday and the scans show it was loaded monday evening which delayed the package by 5+ days even though it was supposed to be delivered monday.

Customer Center? Nobody picks up your phone. It just rings and rings and rings.and rings. How do you service customers if you don't pick up the phone to communicate with them? Pick it up or disconnect it!

Package dropoff is quick and easy at the customer center, plus the staff is nice. They deal with a lot of items so it's impressive how the stay professional and friendly.

Horrible. Took day off work to sign for package and driver never showed up. Kept being told would be there by 7: 30 and nothing! Wouldn't let me pick up either. I will use fed ex only now. Worst service ever. They have no set times like fed ex. Very unreliable
And the people on phone no help either. Couldn't even call driver to make sure it was delivered

Complete incompetence. They refused to pick up a misdelivered package after 3 calls and 3 days. They keep dropping off packages to my house when it is clearly labeled for another street. The names aren't even close to the same. In the mean time they dropped off packages to my house but won't pick up the one that is wrong. I have no faith in ups any more

Never keep their delivery promises! Say they made an attempted to deliver and I have been home all day waiting for my package that I paid $150 for over night! This isn't the first time neither! Will be using FEDEX from now on!

I had to go here to pick up my Christmas present that was sent to me. They lost it. They could not deliver it to me and I had to Chase it down and pick it up
