UPS Customer Center, Santa Cruz CA

USPS is doing a by far better job than you guys. Keep saying that the item is on the vehicle and to be delivered on a certain day, then you deliver 3-4 days after. Stop charging for fast delivery if you guys aren't up for the challenge. USPS killing it though, theyre on it!

They lost my package that’s 600$ then when I called it took over 15 minutes just to talk to someone.

Realy poor service driver is throwing packages over the fence and also throwing them to other houses and leaving big packages in the street in the open were any one can steal them. Also the driver lies on the delivery status that he attempted to deliver wben he never did. The receptionists at the santa cruz branch has a really bad attitude if you can do costumer service then ur not at the right spot.

Receive an email while I'm home, that UPS wasnt able to make delivery to my home &I had to pick up at ups store. I'd ordered on line to save time &effort from personally shopping for items due to poor health. There's been no explanation as to why package was not delivered to my home. I reported the situation to local UPS off last Fri a.m. Was told the mgr would look into &call me bk. Mon PM still no word from them. Terrible service!

Getting what is Yours and always on time, pretty much can't complain about them but acknowledge with this rating. I like letting them know that I appreciate You.

Great customer service, drove all the way down to Santa Cruz from the East Bay.and they figured out where my package was and when to get it.

It's OK, though Harvey West traffic makes it a pain to get to. Just don't plan on dropping off a package on your way to work - it's only open 9 to 5, Monday to Friday. Yes, really.

This is the Santa Cruz UPS Center.not a "UPS store" Quick and easy to get your shipping needs done. After you complete your business at the quaint customer counter, your package goes right on to a UPS conveyor and entered into the UPS system.

There was an issue getting a package delivered to my house, because I live in the mountains, but the team made it happen. Shout outs to Joe the manager, Jeff in the office, and Chris the driver.

Missed the delivery guy twice and when I called to ask information about my package, they lady who helped me was very rude! She said they couldn't send out my package anymore and that I had to drive 30 mins up the freeway to pick up a package I had paid for to be delivered! Nonsense!

I was supposed to have a delivery at the end of the day at the main SC Sylvania street office. The tracking number a phone calls indicated it would arrive. I was told that they would contact me when it arrived. I called twice and they said it was due shortly. Now they are closed for the weekend & unfortunately I needed the item for the weekend. Next time-FedEx

Horrible. My dogs barked at the delivery guy from behind a fence and he LIED and said refused delivery.

THEN on a separate occasion they said they delivered my $700 phone to my door, which they did not! I'm still trying to resolve my lost phone.

These guys are bottom feeders.
