UPS Customer Center, Victorville CA

Unreliable place, I've having a lot of issues with UPS lately, drivers often say that no one was available at the time of delivery when there was, but they don't bother knocking on the door or anything, do they assume that someone has to be at the mail box when they come? Then I asked for one of my packages to be put on hold for me to pick it up, but they didn't, saying that the sender requested for the package to be sent back if no one was available at the time of delivered (which according to the sender that wasn't the case) I strongly recommend to use FEDEX or any other carrier.

Basically if you have a question and they don’t want to deal with you they just lie about their “system being down” (this seems to happen a lot) and refer you to the 1-800 number that connects you to a call center in India.

UPS computer went frozen during the holidays and cause inconvenience for several customers. They needed the human touch for missed deliveries during the holidays.

Man with these winter storms lately I thought my package was going to be late so I ran up there after I called to tell him to hold my package there and you know what this place is the greatest I will forever have a spot in my heart for UPS these cars are speeding fast and they get your packages to you before the holidays and any other day you know

Most of the packages I receive from Walmart and delivered by UPS are damaged and have to be returned, causing major delays. FedEx and OnTrac never seem to have a problem, just UPS. Their drivers are nice enough. I wonder if the problem is with the individuals who load the trucks. Either way, it's very disappointing.

I wanted to return an Amazon package. They don't have the equipment to print the label, so I had to find a UPS Store. When searching, I found, you must put store, not just UPS, or you will be sent here. The clerk was very polite. I was just disappointed.

Just witnessed one of your drivers throw a package over my neighbors fence, just tossed it. Let that sink in for a minute. Not even my package and Im mad!

99% of all packages are never delivered to my house. I had issues with them before so I I'm assuming that they red flag my house on purpose. Wile I see my next door neighbor getting there's dropped off. This ups in the high desert is certainly bad for my business.

BRING YOUR OWN TAPE FOLKS. THEY CHARGE 75 CENTS TO TAPE YOUR BOX LOL! And the representative was quick to point out the sign perhaps shes already heard how tragically CHEAP they are charging for tape.

Good drop off location for UPS be sure to check their hours before you go. They are opened strange hours. They are friendly and helpful.

Thia place has always been able to help even in difficult situations.
Wish you could pick up any time but they are really busy up here.
So it was friggin awesome to see the automated kiosk for those hours outside the norm.

Let's be real UPS is it the best Mailing Service there is do you use anything else you doing it wrong

These drivers make a lot of money to deliver packages to wrong addresses this wasn't the first time either and I had to go to an address and retrieve my package because of the negligence of the driver!

Had a great time at the office in Victorville the gentleman that help me in this office help me with everything I needed to do to get my paperwork filled out great took his time with me too use the UPS office for the first time filled out all my paperwork tell me when my package would be delivered in Louisiana I loved everything about the office in Victorville now for the bad side of it unfortunately not everything is like the Victorville office had trouble with package not being delivered on time the call center couldn't answer my questions my packages were late getting to its location they couldn't give me answers on the questions on where my package was it was delivered 2 days late I wish that everything could be like the Victorville office location unfortunately it's not so they tried to blame everything on the fact that it was Cyber Monday but I can't go for that because they knew it was coming that's not my fault and I can't go from the fact of it that they knew Cyber Monday was coming and they should have just had more people to help out to cover for that day or few days following it what I was sending I needed there and I paid for to have that there when I needed it there so why do you pay for the speediness of having it there if you can't promise me to have it there when I need it there so I'm not sure exactly what to say about ups at this particular time

Place could use some paint, but I found it to be easy to get in and out line moved fast people where friendly

The lack of communication and ability to preform there simple tasks at this UPS location highlights the reason why there's so many bad reviews for this location. Hopefully upper management actually looks at the customer reviews and get rid of the problem.

They act like they are doing me, the customer, the favor for “letting” me be so blessed to use their service. Without the customer none of this rude “customer service” representatives would have a job. But they can’t think past their own attitude to just do their jobs.

I Ordered My College Books Online And I Was Suppose To Get Them On A Wednesday By The End Of The Day. I Tracked My Package On The UPS Website And It Said Something About The Location Not Being Found. I Checked The Address And It Was My Correct Address And They Have Brought Other Packages To My House Before.

Sometimes people have bad days but if YOU show kindness, it shows that little light in the darkness. Really changes everything. Thanks to the lady who helped me get my package delivered 9/12/17. You guys work hard and sometimes people may not appreciate that. Just wanted to say your appreciated! Thanks again.
