Our shipment for the mdm trade show was held all day at commerce since they did not have a driver at the deadline.
I sent an EDI pickup for today and they give me a confirmation number for Monday, no one is picking up the phone on every single department. I hope UPS's upper management can really look into this.
Three missed pickups for a government contractors order. Because of this we had to custom critical half of the shipment expedited and pay UPS $3100! They will not return phone calls. People leave early and they roll the pickups over until the next day. Worst customer service I have ever had with my hands tied behind my back.
UPS Freight lost a very important order for a key customer. The order was time sensitive and after searching for 3+ weeks they finally admitted that they could not find it. We then filed a claim and over 1 month later the claim was still "in process". I would not recommend using their service for any shipment that you do not want to lose.
Shipped (or lack there of) through these guys. They lost my 65k dollar machine. They avoided my phone calls and gave me the runaround. Eventually I just showed up to this place, bitched until they let me in and sat waiting for an answer for three hours. They tried shifting the blame to another UPS freight, but my machine sat here for 6 days. Still waiting on an answer as to the whereabouts of my item. This whole place is a horribly inefficient shipping service.
I got today at 7pm to pick up a package, it was 9 pm and decided to leave, because they said they were so busy to get my package, very bad experience.
I worked there for a month a little more than year ago and it was awful. I felt more in danger on a forklift that maxes out at 15mph than I do on a freeway in my car because of the conditions there. Couldn't even complain to the upper management as you would just get told to deal with it. They also expected you always have ideal conditions when working so any slowdown is simply your fault. It doesn't matter if your forklift broke down, freight is heavily damaged and difficult to take out, or someone took your forklift. I don't know if anything has improved since then but I heard it was that bad for a while before I came when I was still there.
Still have not got my pay check whick they said back in december they would mail to me but i sure got a W-2 form from ups! I keep trying to get a hold of someone and even gone to the hub in commerce and had me waiting out for management for about 2 hrs and nobody ever showed up! Ups really this is the kind of people you want running the place! They should have told me me i was going to be a slave and not get paid for my work!
Picked up a load from this location. Was a little late, but they made up for it by parking my empty trailer for me.
UPS is so big that they farm out jobs in Asia not here in the states, so if you have a problem with pick ups on freight.hello from Asia (USA no jobs for us) lol what a joke, no more UPS for us!
No one answers the phone when you call. You get transferred around until the system hangs up on you.
When they lose cargo they refuse to take responsibility for and just leave you hanging.
No accountability, no concern and no attempts to provide solutions.
UPS Freight does not care or look out for its customers.
The service was okay a year ago, it's getting worst and worst every day. Regina at the terminal confirmed pickup was on board on 8/16 by both phone and email around 8am. Not picked up and called again on 8/17 at 8am and she told me it will get picked up, at 4pm still not picked up and spoke to Javier Preciado at dispatch which he claims he's supervisor, he said it will get picked up before warehouse closes after I said I'll send complaints on our corporate account including the personnel involved in this shipment. Call again on 8/18 at 8am Javier told me they'll get it picked up before 2pm and give me a call at 12: 30pm which he never did. When I call him again at 1: 30pm he told me he didn't dispatch any drivers for this shipment again. The assistance manager, Maurice is not willing to help and said nothing he can do even though they messed up three days in a row. At least 15 phone calls in 3 days and still not picked up. Lied to their corporate account customer every single time. I just hope these people get fired or transferred to other position that won't affect other people's business.
