UPS Ship Center reviews
12Woman who helped me was very rude. When she was done she just left my package on the counter. I asked her to bring it the the area to be picked up by delivery man and she refused. Would never go to this location again
Great place for all your printing, faxing, shipping and most office needs, internet and much much more.
Well, I love their service of accepting UPS packages in Staples. Very convenient guys if you are ever in a hurry. They will accept your package here to deliver.
This is not a 24 hour UPS. This is a Staples. And it is closed even though I drove here specifically for a 24 hour location. Lame.
Once I found the entrance and location of the UPS center inside Staples there personnel handled my needs very rapidly. Hardest thing was finding the entrance which is not on the street side of the store.
The lady that worked here was very very helpful. She went above and beyond in helping me print all the required papers for shipping, packaging my item and get all the logistics done. She was very nice and kind as well.
This is in the Staples Office store. I drove around but the entrance is in the back off Sepulveda
Inside Staples. Walk in, turn right and head towards the Copy and Print center and ask for assistance.
This place will NOT be able to scan QR codes sent by UPS if you are looking to get a label printed. For that, go 2 blocks South towards the Bank of America and you'll see a fully capable UPS store that has the scanners for QR codes.
I think that this location is only a drop off point for UPS. I am not sure because the customer service was non existent.
False schedule on the web. I drove 14 miles to make it there before 6pm and when I got there at 5: 30, the sign said they closed at 2!
"Ship center down" on 9.7.16; not sure when it'll be available again but save yourself the trouble and go to the UPS Store location nearby.
Chill staff. Friendly. I love that I could ship USPS, UPS, Fedex all from here, and that I could easily compare prices across couriers. Lots of parking at the back, although if you're dropping off a parcel you could easily stop right by the door. Warning. They may not open at whatever time they say they would open.
