Upscale Consignment Furniture

Purchased a desk and tried to switch it on me with a more damaged one. Had to go argue the one I purchased was the other one. Different day, I asked a question and was met with attitude. Felt like a burden asking questions.

We walked in and the worker was on the phone the whole time we were in the store didn't even get off the phone to greet us or ask what we were looking for or anything so not the best customer service.

Lou is very knowledgable and a delight to work with. The store is clean and offers a wide variety of items!

I had messaged the owner; Lou that I was looking for a particular type of dining chair and he messaged me back quickly to let me know that they had exactly the style that I was looking for at a very reasonable price, I was ecstatic! Thank you Lou!

Nice stuff to look at and consider for purchase. Owner is crabby if you consign and return to pick up items that don't sell during contract period.

This is a very nice store with great furniture as well as very reasonable prices.
There are so many styles to choose from.
I had great service and loved my visit and the bedroom set that I purchased.

Awful customer service. Even if you are buying used stuff there should still be a level of civility. I sent my daughter there to buy a rug. She was with her baby and her 9 year old. She paid over 300 for a very heavy rug. She was offered no help to load it. What she was offered was a surly attitude. Besides the one Persian rug there is little else to buy. I recommend they try a friendlier approach if they want to compete with Deseret, Goodwill, and Weave.

Furniture selection was incredible and I found a couch that I absolutely love. There is a great range of furniture from very funky to quite classy. The prices match the products. I was a little disappointed in the delivery service. They were very timely, but the driver's helpers stepped on some of the plants in my front yard and they charged be $10 more than what we had been quoted in the store.

Unique furniture and other merchandise. Reasonable and low prices! Salesman was very nice and helpful.

Beautiful furniture, unique and great prices, however, no sales associate bothered to assist us during our 30 minutes in the store. I just moved to Sacramento (working for local well respected hospital system) and was looking for unique furniture, and this place had wonderful reviews, so I decided to check them out. I loved the furniture and saw several pieces and sets that I liked and was prepared to purchasI. I mobed through the store looking at several dining sets and bedroom furniture, but the service was poor. My husband convienced me to stay loner than 15 minutes and that this is a "no pressure" sales strategy. However, they never acknowledged that we were there. Not even a hello. I am confident that I know why they never acknowledged us, but I am also thankful, because now I will spend my hard earned money with a company who acknowledges all customers and treat them with respect.

Saw an ad for a writing desk that met my needs for a reasonable price. Also needed a TV stand. Although I didn't find a TV stand specifically, I did find a nice dresser that I bought as a substitute for a TV stand. The furniture just arrived thanks to their delivery service and it all looks even better than I expected. I am a happy camper right now! Everything fit beautifully and exceeded my expectations of what i had in mind. Thanks Lou!

I'm really glad I found this place - just moved into a new spot downtown, and all of the major furniture outlets are overpriced and have cookie cutter designs. I was impressed by how extensive the selection was, with low prices too! I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for furniture and other household items.
