Uptown Car Wash - Temecula

I have a membership with this car wash and it’s always so fast and leaves my car very clean. Isaiah and Asher are always very friendly and helpful when I go. Love this place!

Gave me a free car wash on an American holiday, and I thought that was incredibly cool, went back to wash and pay normally and was offered a great monthly deal! Been with them ever since, they give you all the supplies to keep your car spiffy, helps to save money and room in your car free of supplies. Thanks to John, Brian, and Colin for being helpful, cool, guys. Greatly appreciated.

This place is by far the best auto spa in town! In fact the best auto spa that I have ever been to! Time and time again they go above and beyond to help and assist their clients.
I had a crazy situation happen to me last week where I accidentally locked my keys and phone in the car. My heart sank! I had no member of my family to come assist but Brian went above and beyond helping find a way to resolve the situation.

He assisted by calling AAA although that didn’t work he called in Asher his assistant manger to help. Asher came and picked me up take me to my house in south Temecula and run me back to the spa. I was able to get back on track for the day. To let you all know that it was Asher’s day off…. Talk about just a good outstanding couple of guys. They went so far above and beyond when in reality they didn’t need to do anything at all. I can’t be more thankful and wanted to share with everyone my experience and I highly recommend this car wash to all who are looking for a clean car and excellent customer service!

Don't go here! We used to love this place, we could get an $8 car wash when needed. Last time, they *trapped* us in until we agreed to pay for their $50 monthly scam membership. They only let us leave when we threatened to call the cops. Totally crazy.

Uptown car wash has been our go to place for the past few years. John at Uptown has always been friendly with a big smile and thumbs up when we pull up to get our car washed. Highly recommend if you’re in Temecula area

My husband and I decided to bring our truck to wash we looked up car washing places and this one came up Chris and Isea were good employee's it is card only so be prepared.

I've been a member for over five years. Uptown is a great value in car washes. I drive customers to the wineries and my car gets very dusty and dirty. Sometimes I run my car through before and after my daily activities. I love the tire shine and cleaners furnished. John takes great care of me and my two vehicles. Thank you John! Should be renamed to Upsell Car Wash. They basically won't let you go without spending insane amounts of money for a membership you don't want. It felt like a hostage situation. Used to be wonderful, not anymore.

I have been coming here for years and the facility, services and customer service continues to get better. The vacuums work great, floor mat cleaners are a great bonus and the detail cart with help yourself you're done, glad cleaner and so on is above and beyond! Icing on the cake is the customer service! I just made a change to my plan and Christian helped me out going above and beyond and appreciating my loyalty to the company. I couldn't be happier and I hope other car washes model themselves after Uptown Auto Spa.

I’m not quite sure why the scanners here are not working? They say they’ve been switching systems for quite some time now. Appears to take way more manpower and is less efficient.

However, on the flip side, their long time employee John is always helpful, efficient, and courteous. What a great addition to the team!

I'm a member here and the wash quality is great. They have microfiber towels and interior cleaning products which is super convenient. My car is always immaculate and the wax is shiny

Super nice car wash lots of products to use strong vacuums and I love that I can do a touch less wash

Please avoid any type of membership at this car wash. They're pushy, the cleaning equipment is at par and they very lazily spray but never scrub or leather up the car in any capacity before you enter the wash like some better places do. Will NEVER recommend.

One of the best washes ive gotten! Christian has helped me out so much and above all else just a wonderful car wash definitely my go to spot!
