Lots of products for your furry and scaled fish friends but unfortunately this place can't break 100$ bill

Old school mom n pop with happy fish, cool reptiles and cute furry things. Wide assortments of everything.

If I could give a zero I would. Needed to find new food (canned) and my dog would not touch this. Tried to take 2 unopened cans w receipt. "owner won't let us take back food". Poor customer service and will never return

Staff are really helpful and the place is great for pet supplies! A little on the expensive side but the products are high quality and worth their prices.

This place is so unprofessional! The owner /manager lady is very very rude to customers! She cusses them out and tries to throw people out of the store! I wouldn't recommend going to Uptown Pets in Yucaipa!

I would NOT recommend coming here for your pet needs! The owner was unprofessional/rude when asked about something in the store for my pet. She seemed bothered to help me out! Don’t shop at Uptown Pets In Yucaipa! Bad customer service!

What a great convenience store super nice staff and you can get your dog groomed walk-in nails dog food cat food all in one stop

My wife and I want into uptown pets and where amazed at how professional, knowledgeable and helpful the staff was, we were looking for a cats post and they found the exact one we needed, they assembled it for us and also helped with advice about our bunnie. Great service!

They are very knowledgeable about there products and they are a greatly healthy pet food store. They are pricey but you get what you pay for here.great quality food and different supplements to help a lot of animals I enjoyed talking to the staff and I will be going back this weekend to get my dog and cats better food and a better life. Have a great day.

I was helped right away the store clerk was very helpful in helping me choose a st Patrick's Day sweater for my dog. I'll be back there.

As much as I love the staff, the owner of the store is horrible. She uses people to get the position she has, and does not always do what’s best for the animals. She’s truly lucky to have the staff she does but still doesn’t even pay them minimum wage. Does not ever go to work but watches the cameras daily. Has cameras in the break room which is also highly illegal.

Best place for products the staff is very knowledgeable on all pets any questions my granddaughter has they have had the answer there very patience with her and will just chat about animals which she loves

I went here last night because my new baby guinea Pigs were in need of a water bottle, due to the one I purchased earlier that day from another pet store not working properly. The nice lady with the glasses asked if I needed help and I explained the situation and she was beyond helpful. Not only did she give me a recommendation for a bottle to buy but she also took time to show me what she meant on how to get it to work. So greatful to have a pet store in town that has such friendly and knowledgeable workers!
