We had our first heavy rain of the season yesterday and had water dripping out of the ceiling. I was sure that it was caused by the solar panel installation that Urban Energy Solar performed a couple of years ago. I called Mark Mendoza, the owner of UES at 5: 00PM and explained the issue. He reacted immediately and had a crew out to our house at 8: 00 AM the next day. As it turned out, the leak was not caused by the installation, but Mark had his roofer come up the very next day to fix the issue. I can't say enough about Mark and his company when it comes to quality of work, professionalism, integrity and just caring about his customers. If you are considering solar, I give Urban Energy Solar my highest recommendation.
