I bought a gorgeous dress here. Staff were very helpful and quick to reply to any questions I had!

I Would have to say it would have gotten a five

Reasons is I've stayed in the parking lot as the breakfast club for 5 years.
They have kindness but only care about there job from the start.
Just like your neighbors Starbucks it has a sign that says helps the local homeless community it does not I have asked on multiple times for left over pastries
It needs a hole new staff

Great shop with lots of bargains year round, sometimes you can find racks outside the shop on the sidewalk where you can spot stuff for as little as 10 dollars, great view of Melrose on the top floor, friendly staff and top notch location

Not a spectacular outlet. Displays are all over the place and it's a bit hard to work out what is being sold where. The service wasn't bad but probably lacked compared to what I'd expect of a store on Melrose Avenue.

These stores always have alot of hidden treasures, such cool stuff. Some great clearance items too

As I live right near Melrose we walk up and down it often and it changes as many times as you can imagine. There are almost no stores on Melrose that have parking lots because it's such a condensed space but there is street parking on Melrose and on the streets behind and above it and small streets.
It's not a particularly spectacular Urban Outfitters but it's okay

Had a great experience at this Urban Outfitters! It was very neat and easy to navigate through. The men's clothes was downstairs and the women's were upstairs. The employees are nice and as we all know the clothes are bomb!

I called ahead and asked if they had a certain product. The employee said they had several in several colors; 15 min later I ask where they are and they have nothing. Simple but annoying error and a waste of time, so easy to fix too, just check when I call. Lazy employees.

I placed an online pick up order. My order was not ready so I decided to phone them to hold the item and they did. I received great customer service plus a discount for my troubles. I paid $35 for a $99 hoodie that my son has been wanting it in like forever. Super happy Urban Outfitters mad my son's day!

If you're really shopping for something cool a little piece then you have to stop here it's a must stop. Cheaper than Fred Segal Barney's Maxfield's which role cool stores as well but I love Urban Outfitters

Nice location of Urban Outfitters. I always loved Melrose and Urban outfitters fits well to this street. It is very cool one. I love shopping for some interesting gifts and apartment items. I think they have some great clothes and shoes as well.

This UO is a gem! It's huge first of all, and it always has good deals and awesome selection. Parking isn't too bad either.

Good selection of clothes. Some of the workers are nice if you force them to be. But it is retail and i hear they make them almost slaves at that store so i understand the tood.

I love UO but this store has really changed a lot over the past few years and NOT for the better. The selection is really limited compare to others and online. And the staff can be pretty rude most of the time with the exception of the male employees. I prefer to drive over the hill to Studio City or go the to Hollywood location instead.

This store has something for everyone.if you a looking for something edgy, affordable and well made you can't go past urban outfitters!

Good store size, have a lot. Usually pretty well stocked. Pretty crowded at times, seeing that it's on Melrose. Decent sized sale section for girls.

Always fun to go into Urban outfitters, this specific one is large and has a huge selection of their products. I wish they would have more furniture products on display in the store

Finding parking is pain around here. Dressing rooms are pretty well hidden upstairs, ask where they are.
