Urban Plates reviews
18One of my favorite restaurants. Great selections and great portions. It feels wonderful to eat healthy for a reasonable price!
Greg this is a good spot after you land and arrive to get good food without waiting. Get the crispy chicken tenders (you pick 2 or 3, but 2 is filling unless you're really hungry, btw honey mustard sauce is best for it). Add 2 sides:
Rainbow carrots & golden beets: good
Macaroni & cheese: standard and good
I've also tried:
Beet salad w.goat cheese: literally beets with cheese, decent
Herb Roasted potatoes: not as good as french fries or roasted carrots
Great dishes with fresh ingredients. Very tasty and well prepared. Service was prpt and the vibe is cool industrial. Very much enjoyed our stay and will be back.
Usually love this place, but tonight we ordered the grass fed beef plate and it tasted a little off. Didn't think much of it, but it was pretty raw too. Feeling pretty lousy ever since eating there tonight.
We had dinner there. The amthosphere is nice and the food is good. The ordering procedure for us was quite unusaul but the stuff at the bar was very friendly and explained how it works.
We were hoping this place would be good because the pictures looked great but we ordered Uber Eats from here last night and the beets with goat cheese were covered in mold and smelled foul. We threw the rest of the food out because we were too scared to eat it. Maybe it was a one off thing and everyone makes mistakes but that’s not acceptable. We’re hoping for a refund from Uber Eats at least as the food was expensive.
Food is pretty consistent. Feels very healthy. High quality ingredients cooked well. Using the app is easy although the UI isn’t great and it’s a bit slow. At least it works.
Have to give this location 4 stars though because they misplace orders frequently. Multiple times I come to pick up they don’t realize my order is sitting somewhere they don’t check and I get my food cold. 2nd reason is because the outside area is always too cold. It can be 65 out and they’ll still have every outdoor ceiling fan running. It’s why i always prefer to eat inside but there’s only a very small bench area to do that.
Always a good lunch here. We got the membership because we go once every couple of weeks and the savings are worth it! Love that all their food is organic and fresh. They are always willing to help and are quick to fix anything wrong with your order. Easy to order and love the sauce/olive oil and balsamic they have to enhance the meal. Recommend the chicken sandwiches!
We really enjoyed this place. We ate here for lunch and everyone in our group loved what we got. It was really busy. The food was well prepared and portions were generous. The parking lot was a big hassle and really busy but there are alot of other businesses in the lot. We'd go back there for sure.
Healthy and light options for dinner.
Grilled chicken and delicious side options.
Great outdoor seating!
Good typical home style meals at a reasonable price and a more relaxed atmosphere. Nice restaurant. Would definitely go back to a good healthy and casual meal.
I went on a Saturday and fell in love, I got a salad and the chicken was moist and perfectly cooked. Then I went Monday, ordered the same thing and it was good, the chicken was kinda dry and the peanut sauce watered down. Still better than other places for salads at least.
Good, expensive food, cafeteria style ordering, carry your own drink and flatware to your table with a number. The food is consistently good. I wish they had a better system than the line because it gets long sometimes.
Friendly service. Wide variety or a traditional but fresh grab and go like hamburger -or options like portobello sandwiches and delicious soups. Hearty and healthy options like a surf and turf. All fresh, variety of sides. Atmosphere matches with an indoor/ outdoor dining area feel. Plenty of GF options
One of our go to restaurants. Great ambience and vibe. Delicious and healthy food options to choose from.
Good quality food with plenty of options. Their membership deal used to be incredible value, now they're not doing that it's not as good value but still worth it imo
Kandice was very helpful at the register giving recommendations and options for our order. My mother had the shrimp with Parmesan butter and enjoyed it very much with a side of brussels sprouts and roasted rainbow carrots. The carrots were perfectly done to an al dente with a sweetness and served warm.
I had the local mixed beet salad and enjoyed it very much. The dressing was perfectly tart with not too much vinegar.the beats were perfectly cooked to be firm. The salad was a very good variety of flavors with arugula, pinenuts, and goat cheese. The salad was large enough to leave me perfectly satisfied for half a dessert.
