Excellent place. Friendly staff. Great having a smoking lounge area. Perfect for me as a tourist and not allowed to smoke at a hotel/motel - besides a much nicer environment here than in a motel/hotel room.

Urbana fell off a lot, customer service is decent but the prices and quality of products aren’t good, every time I go I’m disappointed with my product. $15 for a pre roll that canoes and doesn’t have any pull on it, disappointing. I do appreciate the staff though, friendly

I had the pleasure of visiting Caffe Greco, a marijuana dispensary located in the heart of San Francisco, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome from the staff, who were extremely helpful and courteous throughout my visit.

Daniel and K, the staff members who helped me inside the store, were incredibly knowledgeable about the different strains of marijuana and their effects, and they were more than happy to answer all of my questions and provide recommendations based on my preferences. They made the process of choosing and purchasing my products a breeze, and their attention to detail and friendly demeanor truly set them apart from other dispensaries I've visited.

Once I had made my purchase, I was invited to relax in the lounge area, where I was greeted by Angel, who was equally welcoming and hospitable. The lounge was cozy and inviting, and it was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy my purchases. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea, which added to the overall experience.

Finally, as I was leaving the dispensary, Dewey, the staff member at the door, made sure to thank me for my visit and wish me a pleasant day. It was a small gesture, but it truly exemplified the exceptional level of customer service that I experienced at Caffe Greco.

Overall, I would highly recommend Caffe Greco to anyone in search of a quality dispensary with exceptional service. Beware! This place's prices are weird. I paid over $20 extra in fees and taxes. We picked up 2 eighths (one for $25, another eighth for $30) they came with 2 pre-rolls $1 each. Ended up paying $75. Don't try it.hidden fees. This is also the only dispensary I've been to that claims to be "legit" in defense of hidden taxes. Just beware.

Loved visiting this location. All employees, from the gentleman checking my ID to the person who assisted on the floor and person who checked me out showed me the utmost attention and care. I even learned they had a lounge in the back, which was the perfect vibe! They give you all the materials you need for a great time and everyone was so kind. Keep up the great work!

Employees seem quite knowledgeable and store is just average but they have a big sign that says 25% off your first order and they gave me no discount. I won't come back purely because I can't stand liars.

Great selections, helpful and friendly staff. We didn’t get to experience the lounge due to our own time constraints (bummed!) but next time will try to! Recommend this spot for your needs.

Absolute G. O. A. T. (Greatest of all time)

I’ve lived in the outer Richmond for 2 years so this is my local dispensary. Every single time I’ve visited, I’ve been met with kindness. From security, to check-in, to cashier, to lounge / dab attendant.

Keep in mind, I normally haven’t run into the same person twice. I probably visit too sporadically but every single staff member is so so kind.

We normally chat for a few min at the register or someone approaches me to make sure they answer my questions if I have any.

Read the board when you go in, they always have sweet deals.

Beware their sister location in the mission, not the same vibes or staff with a sunny disposition.

I could go on forever but make the trip, visit this location, & hang out in their large and welcoming lounge. They are so legit! Love you guys!

Decent prices. Did not run into any issues.

Pipeline is okay for prices.
FLIGHT is a little better though. I've been around the block and good bud and prices will be found here, and around the Sunset.

The staff members didn't talk much upon my entry. Guard was nice. Cashier - she was also very nice. Visited on a Tuesday afternoon. Not crowded at all.

Cool spots to smoke at nearby (GG Park, lot of trails, bodies of water, exotic plants, etc. - Including gardens and the Ferris wheel - what a trip if you were high!)

Awesome folks right here. Knowledgeable friendly staff, great communication and customer service.

Best neighborhood spot! People are so nice here and very knowledgeable. Always great deals and amazing flower product for $$$.

Lounge is dope too

Awesome products and the staff is extremely helpful and supportive and are passionate about their jobs. Urbana really made me feel welcome in San Francisco visiting my boyfriend's family and the city for the first time. Props to Nathan for being a sweetheart and doing a great job.:)

This place looks nice but their prices are high & some staff falls short; particularly whoever handles purchasing. They were carrying my favorite brand of flower and suddenly stopped. They tried to upsell me to another brand/type of flower. It's like trying to offer selling Pepsi to a Coca-Cola drinker. Thank goodness for BASA & Barbary Coast!

Love this store, great deals for gifts too! The employees are all very nice and knowledgeable PLUS different people have different reactions to the plethora of items sold out there. Some have the opposite affect and they are never pushy and never “know it all! ” This is appreciated and of course service with a smile. My go-to for friends and family!
