Urbane Cafe

Ordered for take out from this location while in SLO. Arrived nearby the Cafe and went in.the order was not ready and a little wait is alright. Staff was friendly and took the time to ask about extra items for take out. Tried out a salad, as you can see from the image posted the container was full of fresh ingredients. Price point is on the higher end and the food was good. Cafe is on a corner of a busy road. There is parking nearby in public or in the street. SLO parking enforcement is ready to help with tickets to be wary.

Clean, excellent service, great food, lots of vegetables with the meals beyond the standard side salad.

Great place to get a tasty and healthy meal. Also a good place to sit during Thursday night farmers market. Service was friendly and efficient.

The rice in the bowl is straight mush. So is the sweet potatoes. Lacks flavor. The people are really nice though and service is great

I got the Ahi tuna salad and it was delicious. Other people at my table got a chicken soup and a chicken peanut crunch salad and also very much enjoyed their meals. It also came with a nice piece of bread. They have fun drinks like a Shirley Temple soda at the fountain, and they also serve beer. Nice casual place for a tasty lunch!

Got to try their tofu banh mi sandwich and salmon bowl and both were perfect! The banh sandwich had the right ratio of tofu to veg to bread and great seasoning. It also included a side salad with balsamic dressing. The salmon bowl also had great flavor. I'm trying to eat healthier and this place hit the spot without a sacrifice in taste. I was happy to learn that there's also a location closer to home. Hope they open up more locations in SoCal.

This was the worst food place i have eaten all trip.chicken was cold and just overall so nasty.would not recommend

Fast casual, fresh & healthy. Great service from the team on our visit. The club and the “torta” were so good.

I'd never eaten here before, even though it's been here a long time. My sis and I both had the Keto Cobb salad and it was great. Sandwiches looked excellent, too. I'll be back!
