Urgent and Primary Care First Street - El Camino Health

Came in for a visit with Dr A*****, they charged me 400$ only for the doctor to tell me that I needed a blood test report first. Also the Doctor, TALKED ME into mental health care, and I started getting these calls from the health care provides - which actually gave me a mental stress.

Two and a half hour wait and there was only one other patient before me! The doctor arrived after a 2-hour wait and promptly disappeared after asking me to take the flu test. I received the results by phone and wanted to leave because another half hour passed with no sign of the doctor. Not very urgent.

We called to make an appointment and was assisted by Brian, who was a bit stand-offish on the phone by rushing the call and saying "you're going to have to wait until your appointment time no matter when you arrive" understandable but not welcoming. Upon arrival, Brian told me word for word "you need to wear a mask lady" after only being in the building for ten seconds. He handed us forms and then said "sign these" not caring to explain what the documents even were. Once I was seated, Bryan proceeded to take his mask off for the entirety of the 30 minutes I was in the waiting room. He would only put it on if someone came up to speak to him. I observed the way he was speaking to patients and he seemed to have given everyone the same rude treatment.
I hope this review reaches him so he can learn from his actions. For over 5 years I've been working as a front desk employee for a high-volume medical facility myself. I know the work load that this position carries and it isn't always easy but that does not excuse his attitude or lack of regard for patients. Maybe this isn't a position fit for him.
On the other hand, Dr. Greider was wonderful and treated us with empathy and respect. He heard us out and gave great medical advice/tips for home remedies to accompany our prescribed medications.

If someone more welcoming was working the front, we would consider returning but this facility has put a bad taste in our mouths. Front desk sets the tone of the visit and having that bad experience lingers.

Made an appointment online and came in for a flu shot. I was checked in on time and the process was quick. However, it took almost an hour for me to get administered a flu shot. An hour long wait time for a flu shot with a confirmed appointment slot is disappointing. Hopefully they can improve the wait times.

Doctor Pezzani and PA Alex is what EVERY Medical Provider should be. They are Amazing. Absolutely Amazing.

I LOVE Dr. Pezzani's energy. She is warm, inviting, compassionate, and has a great big beautiful smile.

I LOVE her patient teaching and Care. I have never received what she gave during one visit at El Camino Urgent Care in all of my years of receiving healthcare. She made sure to educate and explain my health and possible treatments and made sure I understood what was going on in my body. Thank you so much.

I love PA Alex's follow-up and genuine concern. He called me multiple times to give me information and to make sure I had what I needed.

I could go on and on with praises because I am so appreciative about my level of care. And Grateful that there are still Doctors and PA's out there who care about their patients genuinely. I just want the people to know that you can receive Great Care at this clinic and I'm thankful Doctor Pezzani and Alex were my Providers.

The worst experience I have ever had! I went in with a voice loss and they barely spent a minute with me, told me they can't do anything and then billed me $405! Dont ever go there!

The location providers are good. But the front desk assistant is very rude n disrespectful. This rating is only for him.

Very clean facility. Made an appointment online and came in. Although they brought me back at my appointment time I wasn’t seen for 40 min after my appointment from the doctor. Regardless of this I recommend this provider. The doctor was so chipper and full of life, even after being a hit frustrated about the wait I was quickly thankful for such a happy and caring doctor. I’ll be sure to come back for any issues I may have in the future. If the facility could correct the time frame of seeing patients with appointments this would quickly be a 5 star provider.

This place was AMAZING. Very friendly staff and physician. Very little wait time. An all around great experience!

My visit was excellent. I came in for a stomach bug that I had for 3 days, I was so dehydrated and dizzy and already had called out of work for a few days. I was able to get an IV on-site, the staff was so professional and helpful with my illness, they made me feel so comfortable during the entire visit. Thank you PA Magana, Juanita, and Nicole for helping me heal! You guys are amazing!
