Just wait in the waiting room for 10 min. Doctor, it's take time to explain. Very professional and front desk and nurses.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I am so thankful to have this Montrose area urgent care facility. A blessing.

Don’t go here. They’ll take your co pay and then tell you they can’t do anything. Doctors also don’t work here, they’re just volunteers. No equipment, can’t only check your heart beat and look into your throat.

The doctor & nurse were so helpful and informative.they were patient, kind, and did all they could to ensure I was well taken care of. I really appreciate their hard work & they made my day with their kindness.

Just had a need to visit this urgent care again (July 26,2023) for my wife’s emergency. Norma was extremely helpful checking her in, doing all the vitals as well as taking in all the information before she saw the doctor.
Dr. Peter Chiang was very through with his examination, explaining her condition, making suggestions and prescribing medications. Dr. Chiang took his time and made sure that we understood all his explanations.

It’s amazing, you can’t get this kind of services at a private clinic. What an asset to our community.

The doc (I believe it was Dr Kim) was fantastic. He listened to my concerns and helped reach a solution that was perfect for all my medical needs.

Caring and timely. Emergency would have been much more time. Would have only been better if they took my Ambetter insurance.

Adventist Urgent Care is an outstanding clinic. Friendly, very patient oriented, and wait times have never been long. I have had excellent experiences there with everyone from reception to the medical professionals. Highly recommend!

I provided an extremely detailed review last week and received no response from the company.

Some of the staff were very good, some do not seem well-suited to providing compassionate care to human beings. I have come to this clinic for years - not anymore. The written after visit care instructions were confusing, seemingly contradictory. Staff expressed no interest in improvement - very dismissive of my input.

Avoid this place at all cost! I should've read the reviews before coming in. No doctor is present, just a nurse practitioner. After seeing the patient, you are given out a stack of paper to read about the prescription. The nurse practitioner doesn't come back to explain what he is prescribing to you, how to give the medication, or to answer any other questions. I complained to the receptionist, and she offered to highlight the information from the stack of paper. I know how to read, I'm here because I want guidance from a doctor. I won't come back for sure, and I hope I've helped someone avoid this place with my review.

The NP was very grumpy. She didn’t asked questions to find out what was the cause of my pain. People’s pain tolerance is different. If someone is smiling that doesn’t mean she is not in pain. I still can not walk and straight my back properly. If she asked more questions she would have find the answer. But I should say the NAs were great with a wonderful manner.

I was expecting to see a Doctor at Urgent care, but I saw a nurse who was very nice and prescribed some over the counter meds in addition to the Albuteral I was already prescribed by my doctor and suggested I go to emergency (for $400) if my breathing problems get worse, cos "What's $400 when it comes to your health? " The nurse did his best with what he had to work with, which not his fault, but seemed quite limited, and was somewhat helpful but to be honest I was expecting quite a bit more. Given what I know now, I'd recommend making an appointment with your doctor or just checking into emergency instead of Urgent Care if you can't wait and can afford the difference.

The lady in the front was soo unpleasant and rude. Don’t you understand people are sick and not feeling well? Be nice to people so you don’t get all these negative reviews! Go get another job if you don’t want to be there. Fortunately, the the technicians and doctor were great.

Staff is very rude and unprofessional. We were not helped properly. After waiting for an hour, a patient who just walked through the door was called in immediately, instead of us. When I asked the receptionist about it, he apologized and took us to a room. We then waited another half hour in the room. When I went out to find a nurse eventually, I was greeted rudely by the nurse names Adrian indicating they’re busy and they will be here all day. He was very rude in his demeanor and the way he treated my mom, as if she is guilty for being ill. No empathy whatsoever. And very rude demeanor! I hope this clinic can do something for their staff’s behavior towards their patients. This was the first time we were visiting this urgent care clinic. We will never come here again. Ps. Clinic has online wait list option, which I used. Receptionist told me they don’t use the online wait list option upon checking in. Why have working an online wait list option that even texts and emails back to you, if you will not use it? On another note, the doctor was excellent and very through. This review is strictly for the staff and nurse.

I will be there at 02/15/2023 in the morning at 8: 00 am. With the symptoms of headache, body shivering, coughing full of phlegm and a lot of nasal secretions and swelling of the right eye, the young doctor examined me and said that it is just a virus. He prescribed sore throat syrup and nasal drops. After 5 days, my symptoms did not decrease and I got worse. Today I visited my family doctor and I took antibiotics because I have an infection in my face and throat, Don't go to the branch at all because they can't diagnose the disease. I haven't been able to go to work for 12 days and I spent it with a headache, chest pain and a terrible cough. If they had given me the right medicine on the first day, I would have gotten better and I couldn't bear this much pain. I did.

Everyone we encountered were top notch professionals, very organized, extremely nice and very communicative.

I love Adventist urgent care. They are super polite, they go above and beyond to help a person. I went in with a broken finger and was treat so well. The wait was not long at all.

I am thankful for my experience here they got everything cleaned out and it wasn’t expensive at all. Very quick process for me personally but my dad Yasir Qazi who’s a nephrologist at the Keck Center of USC said the urgent care was very helpful and we will be back if we have more problems! -Emaan
