Urgent Care: Adventist Health Physicians Network reviews
17They are quick when possible, efficient, and attentive! Their staff is kind and their facility is clean and welcoming.
I went in for a cough and breathing problems. I had a rattling in my chest. I was greeted and checked in right away. It was very clean and pleasant in the waiting room. I was called in within 10 minutes. The person that saw me was very kind and understanding. I had an xray and received a prescription and was on my wY. I was really impressed with this facility.
Very quick and friendly! The nurse was kind and caring and the doctor was knowledgeable and compassionate. Took time answering my questions! So thankful we have this urgent care with Adventist Health!
Wonderful experience. The staff was very kind and helpful. The doctor was thorough and caring.
Very fast and efficient if I wasn't so sick I'd say I had an enjoyable time being there
Great office, clean and professional,
Very communicative, and appointments are managed well
They were very nice and efficient. The wait not bad and I didn’t it have any insurance and they didn’t make me wait for a long to be seeing.
I really like this place
Very prompt attention from check in to having history taken by the efficient MA to having the PA come in to evaluate my wrist which the MA then X-rayed. The PA informed me it was a soft tissue injury, to call the next day to confirm the radiologist read it as negative for fractures, and I was given the option for a splint which I accepted due to the swelling and pain. The only thing that would have been helpful would have been discharge instructions for a sprain as I’d not realized until the following day that I’d ought to continue to frequently apply ice. A basic expectation but in my discomfort I’d overlooked it; a reminder would have been helpful. Overall though, wait time, evaluation, diagnostics and care provided were good.
Quick and clean - everything you look for with an urgent care facility. This is my new go to for urgent care!
The experience was lovely and the employees working there were very friendly and helpful. There was unfortunately a really long wait, but I expected that so it was OK.
Hi, I had the MMR and Varicella vaccine, but none vaccination card is provided by this facility, so only a letterhead. Besides that it was a smooth process and friendly staff.
I absolutely love Adventist in general. Been to this urgent care before and it was a great experience. However, when we went last week and saw Dr. Sylvester it wasn't so great. She was very condescending. Told us that weren't sick enough to receive antibiotics. Even though we told her it had been 10 days and getting worse. She said that because my daughter was better and back to school, that we needed to just wait longer. When I started questioning her exam, she got really defensive and said that I was being rude. She explained that we are still within the seasonal virus window and that our exams were "unremarkable". And I asked on what basis.she said that because our heart and lungs sounded fine and our faces were clear.that meant we were fine. I replied to say that we didn't come in there for pneumonia or bronchitis. We came in there for a sinus infection and pink eye. She then proceeded to not look at me and only speak to my husband. My husband reiterated that the thing is we are getting worse not better. She then said that should would rx us the zpacks but make notes that she disagrees with it. It's now 5 days later. Zpacks are done and we feel 100% better. I definitely recommend adventist but not Dr Sylvester.
I have diverticulitis which I have had several times. Dr Fitzpatrick examined me and confirmed and Called in med for me. She told me how to eat for now and was a lifesaver
Walk-in process was easy. Both the nurse & doctor were very nice & provided good conversations & information regarding my symptoms. Although not quite to the stage of infection yet, the doctor prescribed antibiotics given my history of sinus infection per our conversation. Several days later full-blown sinus infection showed its ugly/colorful face + fever, even with daily cold+flu medications. I’m now waiting for the already filled antibiotics to clear me up.
Nice staff and doctors and did not have to wait long to see the doctor. Very nice and clean medical office.
This is a wonderful facility with courteous and professional staff, and timely, informed and considerate care. I highly recommend them if you're in need of urgent care!
Nice facility, got in farily quickly. Downhill from there. Staffed by inexpereinced PA's, NOT doctors. While being escoreted to my room there were two knuckleheads playing competing Star Wars theme songs on their phone and laughing their heads off. It took two people to figure out the xray machine, one the nurse, the other I am assuning was the tech. Neither covered my privates with a lead blanket. I requested one and it was incorrectly applied. Upon seeing my xray the PA said "gnarly man", and read the results. I left the place with an undiagnosed broken nose, L1-4 fractured Traverse Process bones. I had to ask for an xray. I was given no prescriptions, and I was not given any directions or discharges instructions other than the PA asksing if I wanted a backbrace which I clearly did not need. Service date was 9/15/23. I would not trust this facility with my family care and will not be returning. Poorly managed with subpar "medical staff".
