Urgent Care Center Folsom

I was seen quickly, they treated me very well, and I was able to pick up the prescription they had ordered for me from my pharmacy on my way home. They even called to see how I was doing a few days later.

They decided not to bill my insurance company and hit me with a 500+ bill. I sent the information to my insurance company, which I told them. They said they wouldn’t send it to collections and follow up with. Foraged to now they sent the bill to collections instead of working with my insurance company.

This hospital is rubbish. They don’t speak English and don’t provide translation. There is no doctor to find a nurse to see a doctor, and they write medical records indiscriminately. It’s different from what I said. They just want to cheat money! Let's go to the emergency room

Walked in for an appointment. Received a bill for 343.00 no test completed. None. Told to go next door to ER for CT.
Called told a walk in is 140.00 without insurance. They billed my insurance 187.89. WTH? And then wanted me to pay another 40 dollars. An insurance adjustment of 115. Called bill dept could not help me. Called the manager Beverly (oh she only works from noon to 1 or 2). She was very nasty about my questions. I asked didn't she think it was unethical to bill medicare and me for more than the 140.00 charge. Her answer oh well. I reverse it for you. Wow totally fraudulent

I went in for a boil, I was surprised by the way I was treated, it was very quick didn't take long and I was out and I was also glad that it was open.

The staff was excellent. They usually always are but tonight the Nurse and Doctor both went beyond, regardless of how busy they truly were, to connect with our son and make him feel at ease while checking his wound. Not to mention squeezing me in last minute for an unrelated matter.

The staff was friendly, courteous. I was miserable due to coughing, body pain, fever. I did not have to wait long when the PA saw me. Listened to me and took care of me. The place is also clean. I would recommend this place to anyone who just needs to see a provider asap. Thanks again! Leslie i think was the medical assistant, she was great!

I really appreciated the care NP Margaret Kenneth and staff gave us tonight. We are in from out of town, exhausted and trying to figure some things out, and they were so helpful and careful with my daughter, who was very anxious about being seen by someone she didn’t know. They helped her feel seen and understood, and helped me find some much needed answers.

Very professional and knowledged, kind and patient medical staff. First ever urgent care which made a nervous and anxious pateint like my experience as fearless and smooth. Thank you Ms Sophie. You are great!

This place is a mess, no order, people are rude, no masks! No doctor on staff. Don't waste your time!

I had a very pleasant experience at Urgent Care Center Folsom today. I was seen promptly and recieved excellent care.

AWFUL PLACE, RUN AWAY!
We waited for 3 hours and when it was our turn, they took in someone that came after us. Their machines were not working and they only accepted cash or check. Way to add more stress on patients trying to get some help!

We waited for over an hour for a signature on a sports physical form
And the front desk staff were rude and unprofessional beyond acceptable. With no one in the waiting room I watched them discourage multiple parents from staying because they had a “long wait” “probably three hours”.
