9I can not recommend this urgent care as I've been mis-diagnosed multiple times. I've dealt with rude attitudes and hasty decisions. I highly recommend driving to Cottage urgent care on Foothill in SLO, which is only about 14 minutes south.
This is the second time I've gone here in the past few weeks. I told the doctor (Ryan Palt) that their prescriptions weren't giving me any relief and that my symptoms have only gotten worse since then. I was rushed out of the office and told not to worry about it, only to find out they prescribed me the EXACT same medication and dosage. Called back after to see if it was a mistake or if they could do anything else and the doctor hung up when they tried transferring the call. Not to mention the front desk staff was incredibly rude, condescending, and unprofessional. I definitely won't be coming back here.p. S.they told a family member of mine that they were too old to get strep throat when they did in-fact have strep throat
Very please to have found this place. Visiting the area and needed to be seen, get an Rx, they were polite and quick. They didn't know my insurance, took a minute to figure/input that - but, overall, I liked the Dr.and was in and out quickly.
I love Morro Bay Urgent Care! I have been treated there on 4 or 5 different occasions and each time went smoothly from the waiting period to the staff and doctors. I prefer this office to my primary care doctor's office.
Always fast, courteous and professional. The one time they couldn’t help me, they refunded my copay and explained I needed to go the ER. I wish they could be my primary care!
Super fast. They are very professional and compassionate.it’s far for me but I’d drive there again if I had to.

They refused to see me. Wouldn't take my insurance, cash or credit card. So, hiw do you stay in business? I tried to pay you three different ways. Why can't I give you a zero? You are worthless. Thanks?
Went for ear pain a few months ago. I think the medical staff that helped me was named Jeff. He took a look and let me know it was indeed infected and very swollen. He prescribed me ear drops AND oral antibiotics just in case the drops didnt work. Thankfully, the antibiotics cleared up my ear infection, because the drops ended up giving me an allergic reaction.
