Urgent care Woodland Health Care Center

Perhaps the worst urgent care! Try to avoid this place at any cost if you have other options. There is no consistency between their treatment and prescriptions. Staff do not help clarify things either. Often too rude and arrogant. Poor experience!

Sat in urgent care for almost 4 hours for my child to be seen! Tried to make an appointment at 9: 30 and they had none so had to walk in. This is not the first time emrhat we have had to wait so long to be seen either. I am to disappointed in the care here. I live my daughter’s doctor but this is the straw here. When she was a baby and became dehydrated from the flu the ER made me wait 5 hours

I was in with my girlfriend earlier today who presented with chest and shoulder pain and we waited over 2 hours to be seen by the doctor. Our nurse was wonderful and very understanding and thorough but Dr. Singh was the opposite. He examined her for about 15 seconds and claimed a bug bite was shingles, she had no rash or fever. She has also never had chickenpox, and he never asked if she had. He was very quick to assume things and not get a thorough history from her, he also seemed lazy and wanted to rush us out the door as it was close to 5 when we were finally seen. She left feeling very unhappy and not heard by this "professional", we will not be going back anytime soon if we can help it.

I waited 2 hours to be seen by a doctor who never appeared before walking out without help. They asked for payment before I even got checked in, which was the first red flag. The nurse seemed more interested in returning to whatever she was doing prior to me during admission and vitals.
This place is a joke. I don't recommend it at all. Consequently, I will be canceling the dignity health primary care physician appointment as well. I can assume that poor patient care is trademark to this healthcare network. I will be advising my insurance company not to pay on this lack of service since none was provided. I would rather die then come back here.

Straight to the point. Not my favorite but it’s there when you need it. For that I am appreciative.

I think Dignity health clinic, is very helpful with me. I constant changing and canceling my appointments. Sometimes I do forget my appointment, they still help me out; on last-minute canceal; I even came late to my appointment. She asked I would waiting for while, and I did. So yes I think Dignity health clinic is very good. Give it a try.

My girlfriend went earlier today to see the doctor. They asked her to come back later on because they were too busy. She made an appointment for 6: 20PM. It is currently 8: 15PM and the doctor still hasn't seen her. They closed at 8PM. She has asked when the doctor will be in multiple times and only once did the employee return with an answer. Don't waste your day. Go elsewhere.
