I got in a car crash and am unable to train, and they are refusing to cancel my membership without me getting a doctors note and physically delivering it to them in person. Pretty insanely predatory business practices here.
No knock on Urijah, he's a great coach, but apparently some other shadowy figure that nobody will disclose manages all the policies and business. Urijah, get a new business partner!
