I have literally been on hold for over an hour and my line in que was 1, I keep getting transferred everywhere with the help of no one. I have a PPO ins and I'm sure it could not be this difficult. I am in the medical field, I definitely have been in that position of everyone answering that phone and there is no way possible we would treat people this way. I will be looking elsewhere for different Dr. I hope there can be more people to help with your phone lines in the future.

As I’ve mentioned before Kathy is Attentive, polite, personable & caring. I feel very comfortable talking with Kathy.

I have been a patient at UA of CC since June of 2013. Dr. Leung is a first - rate physician when dealing with the various issues concerning urology and we get along tremendously. I don’t know what I would do without him and the staff at U. A. I appreciate everything that they’ve done to help me throughout the past nine + years.

She explains things everything Thoroughly. Very satisfied with her answering all our questions that we have. Five stars forsure!

I was seen in a timely manner and the nurse practitioner was very professionally and thorough. She explained what she wanted to do and answered all my questions.

The experience with the nurse Practitioner was very good. However, I was very disappointed that the Doctor wasn’t available. I could have rescheduled with the Doctor but several months later. That was extremely disappointing.

Denia Caneta was wonderful. Extremely knowledgeable. Was so caring and and explained very well!

Poor customer service. Left 6 messages and no call back. Management needs to step in for better care. Leaving patience feeling neglected.

Very disappointed with my visit and the doctor. I have a kidney stone that is a size 7, Dr Leung told me that only 50% of people can pass a size 5 stone but that I should still try to pass my stone on my own even though not 1 pharmacy carries the type of pain meds I'm allowed to take. He then told me my right kidney looked misshaped and discolored. When I tried to ask question about my kidney he just changed or talked around the specific subject. So I left there knowing I'm going to be in a lot of pain, unable to pass the stone on my own, and very scared that something is wrong with my right kidney.

Peter Garcia has treated my husband for several years and we find him to be good, caring and very professional.

Denia did a super job today with my surgery follow up visit. Very helpful and informative. I didn’t get to remove my tubes, but she did an excellent job explaining why.

I had a sensitive medical procedure performed in office by this Nurse Practitioner. She was very professional and explained in detail what she needed to do and was very caring and sensitive during the visit.
