I don’t recommend this place. Dr Reddy and Dao Nu not professionally and kindly treat their patients. When Dao Nu NPI talk to you about your health, it seems she is arguing with and shouting at you.

The worst place ever! The waiting room is packed and expect a very long wait! I hand carried in my urinalysis results from a month prior and a difference provider. I wanted to make sure my UTI was gone and requested another urinalysis. Two days later my pharmacy notified me a prescription was ready. No one ever called me. What the hell. So I called the office and was told I have a UTI. Dr Reddy called in the prescription. I asked them to fax me the results. Dr Reddy diagnosed me for a current UTI from my old results done a month earlier. Did Dr Reddy not notice the date or better yet A DIFFERENT DOCTORS NAME ON THE ORDER. OMG! Now 5 months later I’m STILL trying to clear up the billing charges! Not to mention they billed my insurance for a telemedicine appointment the following day. I didn’t have a telemedicine appointment the following day!
Do yourself a favor and DONT GO HERE!

They do not call you back for test results. My husband has called so many times it's so hard to reach someone. Even on his appointment day, they failed to call him to give him results. Now we have to go in personally.

I've never had such discriminatory treatment from medical staff before. And I'm not talking about the front reception people. I'm talking about Tony Dao, the NP. I've never been so humiliated like that before, if it wasn't embarrassing enough what I thought was my illness, this psycho NP made me loose all confidence. She practically laughed at the questions I was asking her. Do yourself a favor and don't go to this place.

I work in the medical field and i would never recommend this specialist. Office Manager Ana never calls you back when you call with a complaint or help. I had imaging and 3 weeks later i still have no results and im in pain. And not to mention it took them a month to fax order & referral to Loma Linda so i could schedule my appointment. Ive made calls after calls and im so fed up! My treatment with this facility has been a nightmare. Please go elsewhere

Staff are not polite at all, and discriminate toward the Spanish client.
I did not a mask and refused to provide one.
I told them I was COPD & ASMATIC. The mask will make me harder to breathe, that's way I did ha ve one. But I was willing to put one on, if they provide one. They refused to give a disposable mask. They called the security offer to take out of the office.
They refused mine service.
I did not have any choice, BUT TO LEAVE.
I am BRITANIA ORTEGA.

Today was the 4th attempt to see Dr. Reddy and we we turned away for being 13 minutes late to our appointment (I drove to the wrong office by accident). Their policy states that they cannot see you if you are 15 late. They still refused to provide care for my special needs daughter who is having major issues with her kidneys; but Dr. Reddy doesn’t know this because she refused to see my daughter. This office only cares about their schedule and making appointments convenient for the doctor. There is very little concern, follow up or compassion towards the patients and their issues. Dr Reddy doesn’t care about making sure her patients receive care. Please save yourself your time, and possibly your health, and seek out another doctor and urology group.

Murrieta location: Theeee woooorrrst! Experience from start to end. I suggested to the VA to take this terrible place clinic provider off of places they refer veterans! Everyone associated to this place were terrible from the rude
Front desk, rude nurses, they have no care in the world of your time! Spare yourself the trouble and go elsewhere!

They can’t get their appointment scheduling correct. I Had scheduled an appointment in March and was canceled by the medical receptionist. I called in March having questions about some lab work that my father had done, and the medical receptionist asked me if I wanted to cancel the appointment for March. My question had nothing to do with canceling an appointment. Showed up in March for appointment and they had canceled it. Had to reschedule appointment for May. Went in for a appointment at 8: 30 am and they tell me my appointment is for 9: 15. They can’t get their scheduling right. Once my father was done with his appointment they tell us to have a seat to schedule another appointment. Waited for 30 minutes I told the receptionist that we would call to make another appointment I just need to know what was next appointment for. Then she tells me schedule appointment as needed. Waited a long time just for them to tell me that. Why could they not tell me that once we were done with the appointment instead of waiting 30 minutes. That is bad customer service.

I love Doctor Reddy but the office staff is horrible! Run don't waste your time! Especially if your like me in pain you'll find yourself self treating or in the ER you will not get help here find a place that you can actually get an appointment to get treatment.

It blows my mind that Dr. Reddy made it through med school, but what is worse is she is now actively treating patients. Within a few minutes of talking with me and her having no real knowledge of my medical history, she essentially called me and other urologists liars when she said that my diagnosis of interstitial cystitis (IC) from a prior well known and reputable urologist was IMPOSSIBLE. She stated that you can never have a UTI after having IC, and because I have chronic UTIs, I cannot also have IC. This was news to me and contrary to what other urologists told me. In disbelief, I repeated what she said and she confirmed that what I heard was correct. Note that she was not the urologist who performed multiple diagnostic procedures over a duration of several months to get to my IC and chronic UTI diagnoses, and she was not one of the doctors who treated me multiple times in the ER for kidney infections resulting from my UTIs. Feeling stuck because my insurance sent me to her and because it took months to get an appointment, I tried to understand where she was coming from and I did not argue with her.
The discussion then changed to treating my chronic UTIs. I requested to continue the preventative treatment that was given by my prior urologists, which was a low dose of daily antibiotics. She told me that no doctor ever prescribes a low dose of antibiotics as a preventative treatment for chronic UTIs due to the risk of becoming resistant to antibiotics. (I get that this is a real issue I and can understand why doctors would be reluctant to prescribe antibiotics over a long duration. But in my case, the pros outweigh the cons). The kicker was that she had an iPad set up in her waiting room where patients can click on different urological issues and learn more about them. While I was waiting to be seen by her I clicked on the link that discussed UTI. It specifically stated that one preventative option for chronic UTIs was to prescribe a low dose of antibiotics. But then she came in minutes later and told me this was not even an option she would consider. (Maybe she needs to pick another App for her patients to learn about their conditions because she disagrees with what it tells her patients and it also makes her look foolish).
She went on to tell me the proper (preventative) treatment for chronic UTIs is probiotics. At that point I thought she must be joking with me, but she wasn’t. She then told me that the proper treatment for UTIs post menopause is estrogen. I’m not sure why she felt the need to offer that information because I’m a woman in my early 30s. Regardless, I wasn’t in there looking for homeopathic remedies that I can find on Google. I was looking for a real doctor to treat my real problems. It is worth noting that my polite tone was met with hostility and an “I am smarter than you” attitude. Needless to say, that visit did not last long. I now have to wait months to get an appointment with a different urologist and will very likely have another UTI or kidney infection before I can be seen again by a urologist.
In sum, Dr. Reddy has horrible bedside manners, disagrees with the general consensus on how to treat chronic UTIs, and disregards diagnoses from prior reputable urologists without doing any actual physical examinations on patients.

I'm so frustrated! Brought my guy in for a 20 minute procedure. Due to covid, I can't be there. Need to wait in car. So I do. Go back up, 40 minutes later. Try and talk to girls and ask them to check up on progress. Nothing. Blank stares. When we were scheduled for biopsy, he called office a week in advance and asked for any special rules he had to follow. Person was clueless. They didn't tell him, no blood thinners, aka daily aspirin. If I had not have insisted on talking to the person calling his name, they might have proceeded. Communication SUCKS!

This place is in mass confusion. I am asking my primary doctor to send me someplace else. I do not feel safe at all.

This place is amazing! Getting through on the phone is a bit difficult, but I understand they have multiple locations and they do the best they can to get through the calls. The staff are very sweet and try their best to be kind and do their best to make your visit a good one. Dr. Reddy is a very kind doctor, very reasonable and understanding. She orders all necessary testing that is needed and makes sure you understand the care you are receiving.

They overbook patients. One doctor works there from 8-12 on Thursdays only and during the 4 hours, sees over 40 patients. They usually spend less than 2 minutes with me and charge the insurance over $400 for the 2 minutes visit. I had a phone appointment with their doctor 2 days ago and they never called. Very unorganized place.

Can't get anyone to answer their phones. They need to upgrade their front staff! These girls don't know manners or how to do their jobs efficiently. I find this in a lot of Dr.s offices, they hire whom ever and pay them minimum wages. Wake up whoever hires these people!

Don’t know what’s going on with all the bad reviews but I recently had a procedure here and from start to finish everyone even the front desk girls were extremely helpful. Doctor Reddy who did the procedure did an excellent job, I couldn’t believe how fast and easy it was. Highly recommended!
