Urth Caffé - Santa Monica

The location is very conveneient and busy. Like all Uurth cafes the quality and variety of choices is great. My breakfast partner chose the beef hash. It was more the consistency of a beef stew
. However the flavor and quality of the hash was top notch. Fresh, flavorful each bite was a delight. The heirloom tomato burst with tomatoey goodness. My breakfast was the poach d I parma and it will say deliscious.

Very long wait for to go orders, definitely utilize the online ordering they offer! The green tea blended was very good, and not too sweet!

I don’t like this place. Avocado toast not tasty at all with some dry grass, the bread is hard and overcooked. I also ordered a panini and the bread was also very overcooked

The flavour and quality is second to none. It isn't cheap but it is good value just the same. I wouldn't think twice about returning.

Pastries decent. Nice environment. Service not particularly competent. Light roast was burnt (dark)

My favorite place to grab a bite this summer! I've tried their Green Rose Latte, Urth Iced Tea, Lemonade, Apple Juice, and Caffe Mocha Granita. All SO good!

Their Maragarita Pizza, Grilled Cilantro Chicken with Pesto Sandwich, and Panini Chicken El Diablo are so delicious so far!

We stumbled across this cafe whilst walking to another one. What a find. My wife will now only go here when there is one in the area, with delicious coffee and one of the best breakfasts she has had. Clearly it is popular as you often have to a queue a little (same with others we have visited) but it is worth the wait. Seating is only outside at the moment but there is a good amount. There is a separate queue for those just wanting to take out.

Went there yesterday morning to grab my takeway. The food and coffee was amazing. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

We got the breakfast sandwich with eggs and prosciutto. I saw the tiramisu on display so I had to get that as well. Everything was delicious. I was pleasantly surprised that the sandwich came with a side of tomato soup!

Perfect little breakfast from this cafe. We did not get to dine in or even visit the location (we grubhubbed it). Nonetheless the experience of the food was excellent. I had the vegetarian omelet which came with a ridiculous amount of bread & a side salad. The salad I saved for lunch as the omelette itself was even too much for breakfast. Everyone enjoyed their meals.

A Santa Monica local favorite. Ask for the fruit and nut bread. Great pies for Thanksgiving, too

My daughter and I came here 3 times in the two days that we stayed in Santa Monica. The food and drinks were always tasty, and although very busy, we always managed to get a table on the patio.

I really love Urth Caffe. This high end coffee shop (FINALLY for coffee shops everywhere) serves really good pastries along with very good (albeit expensive) coffee and sandwiches. However, they have GOT to figure out a faster way to serve food. It often seems like there are 20 to 25 people behind the counter, yet it takes 15 to 20 min to get a coffee and cupcake. Unacceptable. If they figure out how to get your order to you sooner, everyone would be happier including their profit margin.

This is my 4th coming here and first time reviewing this. Urth caffe finally is selling matcha tiramisu! I love their matcha tea and combined it with the matcha tiramisu! ️ heaven.

It is not a very sweet tiramisu but it is super balanced. Definitely get a cup of latte to balance this dessert. I destroyed this in 5 min lol sorry but not sorry! Anyway this was matcha appreciated and I will be back for more!

You can tell that they love their coffee by how much you end up loving it. Absolutely beautiful atmosphere.

Really nice coffee shop by the beach in Santa Monica. I recommend the strong Spanish Latte is was delicious. Also had their oatmeal raisin cookies and was not disappointed. Service was quick and courteous. The bathrooms were unexpectedly clean. Will return to try the entrees.

Love Urth so much! I go there at least once a week. However, they are ALWAYS out of oat milk.kind of disappointing as a regular customer. Please change this!

The pie's and other dessert items are great. Also all of the coffee and tea drinks are awesome.

First time visiting Urth Caffe Santa Monica location. Place it's a bit smaller comparing to Laguna or Melrose location. We came to try their Oreo cheese cake. Very rich cheesecake, but still it is very good. I'm an Americano coffee gal, but this time I tried cafe latte. It was very delicious and I like the hint of sweetness.

Love this place, best raisin bread on the planet. And the Italian Cappuccino is excellent. And I can't forget the watermelon boba. Holy cow! And, tons of yummy desserts. Enjoy!
