Great place, great coffee and the desserts is fantastic, this is one of my favorite places in LA

Do not come to this place. This is by far the poorest customer service I have ever had in my entire life. It took twenty minutes to get help and when I finally went up to someone to help my family I was brushed off. To be discrete the man Omar C.had the most rudest attitude ever. Omar was very sarcastic, disrespectful, & ill-mannered. He does not deserve to be on the management team with that kind of unprofessional behavior. When I asked him for help he didn’t even look at me & told me to go sit down. He was having a bad day & took it out on customers which is highly unprofessional. When I called the general manager, Octuvio & told him about my bad experience he started questioning me as if I was lying. Overall, do not come to this place if you are a minority. They will make you feel like you do not belong.

Big portions for ~$15 range. Great stop before your Beverly Hills tour.

They have a line that goes to the left for take-out and right for dining-in, but people were standing at the door so it was hard to tell where to go or who was in line.

The food came fast and was excellent! Just the right quantity before a whole day.

Urth caffe is such a beautiful place to sit and have coffee and dine with friends. The food and drinks are delicious, the customer service is excellent and I absolutely love the atmospher!

Tried the milkshake Glace and was happy. The pastries are great too, sometimes they seem to be not very fresh. But last time I was there, they tasted fresh.

Mask mandate back in place, this place had nice servers and good breakfast unlike so many places where they have lost the sense of service and peace, just because of Covid. Waiting time was reasonable for a Sunday morning.

Great assortment of items to eat and drink. Good coffee. I went there for brunch and had both the coffee and an egg dish. I got the to go order and everything was perfect. The staff is friendly and the service smooth. Will come back!

Everything was absolutely delicious, from all the other urth caffe locations beverly hills is by far the best one. Definetly recommend the vegan pumpkin pie and matcha americano.

Convenience, service, foods and drinks are excellent.open earlier than other coffee shop in Beverly Hills, so I can grab and go since I have to work early morning and Urth close late than others, so me and family sometimes just need to hang out late after long days just around neighborhood, and here we go Urth still open:)

Great food, poor service. Very unhappy woman at register 08/25/21 11: 50am. Clearly in the wrong business!

A wonderful place for a bite with friends with great healthy options, delicious coffee drinks and ambiance. My only "but" is the seating situation, but I kinda gotten used to it by now. It's an LA staple, it can never go away.

Perfect for flavorful breakfast options. Recommended: Spanish coffee, breakfast burrito, huevos rancheros

Food is delicious service was the best. While restaurants everywhere are complaining about being able to hire Urth must be doing something right as they appeared fully staffed and employees were extremely upbeat and helpful.
