7The entire staff, including the manager, is very helpful and always provides a great, efficient service every time I visit.
I would stay away from all US Banks I went in to make a deposit for my girlfriend you cannot make a cash deposit of over $500 if it's not your account. To top it off they require you to give them your social security number big No-No! With all these businesses getting hacked the last thing you want is your social security number floating around in accounts that are not yours. And I've heard of businesses selling your social security number next thing you know you're getting a thousand phone calls some people trying to sell you things.
The first Bank I've ever been to that doesn't have cash. Absolutely useless, if this is going to be how US Bank operates in the future I'm switching to a real bank immediately!

Terrible customer service, Jessica Y. Shouldn't in any way be working with customers as she had an attitude when all I was trying to do was cashing a check it seems to be a pattern at these locations as I've already had this issue at other Banks
Very nice new location, it was very clean and modern. No teller lines, the tellers sit at tables with tablets to do everything, and there is a fancy starbucks machine for coffee, tea, hot chocolate etc.
