5Great service, hardly ever busy, easy parking, validation so parking is free
I would give negative stars if I could! I went in today to cash a check, simple task, and was basically treated as though my check was bad. I never went in to ANY bank including a US Bank and was asked for all my information including my social. On top of having to wait longer than usual for my check to be verified, which she probably wouldn't have cashed if her manager didn't give her the thumbs up! Racial profiling at it's finest!
Friendly and takes the time to know you on a first name basis. They really go above and beyond for their customers. Pay no attention to the lower reviews. LA breeds crabby people lol. This branch ROCKS.
