Understaffed, trying to bounce you off unless you are there for basic money deposit operations. Have no access or desire to do much beyond human pretending to be an ATM functions.
Booked an appointment online in regards to business checking account funding being frozen in limbo between banks. Instead had to push trough a tough customer rejecting wall of a regular teller who had no clue or authority to even see anything in regards to the issue. There was no-one else in the branch with proper access. Have my money unavailable to me for 5 days and no-one is willing to even try to figure out what's going on let alone solve the issue. It's a fortune teller not a business banking relationship with phrases like "probably" "maybe" "takes time" etc prevailing in their vocabulary.
