This bank deserves no starts. I had a check written to me from a member of us bank. I went into the bank to cash it and they refuse to cash it or even give me cashier's check because I am not a member of us bank. They should be able to verify the funds and cash the check since it is drawn one of their accounts. They probably have this policy to force people to sign up with them. Also, the glorified cashiers aka bank tellers are so rude, when I pointed out that they should be able to verify the funds the lady just kept repeating you need to listen to me as if I'm a child or something. Horrible customer service! It's these reasons why everybody hates US Bank!
