Staff was friendly. Unloading took about 3hrs. Lumper fee done through text on my phone. Didn't give 4 stars because you have to park on a busy street before you can check in.

Mostly impolite people I ever seen.
Lady at guard shack was in a really bad mood l, screaming with otr drivers. To back at the dooks you must be an experienced driver, in most cases you have to do "blind side". If it night time, the illumination is realy insufficient.
Then you must go to door 26 to check in. Be prepared, lady at the window (skinny brunette wearing glasses) is the most impolite person I ever meet in my life!
By the way, no restroom available for OTR drivers.
The last but not least, be prepared to wait many hours to be unloaded.
I will never comeback to that place!

Is not a bad place, but the lumpers are not fast. I got another appointment and I still waiting for 5 hour here

Please never go here, to pick up and delivery, worst facility, my appointment time is 9am and I check in 8: 30 am, and they guys give me dock at 12: 15pm and unload me at 3: 30 pm!

Difficult and time consuming to get in the yard to the guard shack. Once checked in, I was given a door immediately. Unloaded and paperwork in hand was 3.5 hrs. Not too bad for 18 pallets, 1158 cases of mixed products.

Be careful, I was issued a parking fine, although there are no prohibition signs.

Very rude and slow always have rejected product along with the attitude that if you don't drive for them your a waste of space

If I can give zero stars I will. Is not just this one all of them are like that. They charge a lumber fee up to $400. They make you wait two to five hours. They don’t care about drivers time that our clock is running down. That we don’t get paid for sitting there. They just sit there and laugh.

Be ready waste your time about 4-5 hours for unload. Its easy to get late fee (250-300 $ (efs check. Camcheck. Or cash only). Lumper is 195$ for 7 pallets (cash, cards, checks). I would prefer don't take this load any more

I like the communication system, I just don't like the fact that there's no parking in the premises if you arrive early, you have to wait in the street.

Tried to get info to open a new account- could not on line.called fontana- no one could help me bvecome a new account.wanted my phone number said someone woul d call me back in 72 hours! Customer service?
No way on the website to sedn them an email.

Takes forever to unload for just a few pallets. Even after you pay $390 in lumper fees still takes to long.

They need to replace the capstone manager Chris. They are all too familiar there, unprofessional and lazy.

Don't pull in till 5 am exactly at 4: 54 am still was made to go back to the street. Had appointment at 5 am.
