24The Person who answers the phone is the rudest person ever.you get that feeling that she hates her job. If you call for information at this location be expected to be greeted with "WHAT DO YOU WANT" instead of "how may I help you". She will put you on hold and never get back to you again. Really bad phone ethics.
They gave me am appointment and when I showed up they said they didn't have an MD.
They kept people waiting outside before 8 AM. Of course some people arrive early, if they give them 8 am appointment.
Same thing happened to me. I had to wait over 2 hours WITH an appointment, and like she said about the nurse was true as well
Dysfunctional office staff means you're going to have to wait for hours. Hell on earth for all the patients waiting here.
