U.S. HealthWorks Urgent Care

The service in this urgent care is unacceptable. My employee went in at 2: 15 for a 2: 30 appointment, it is not 2 hours later and they still have not seen her. When she was seen, the doctor did not pay attention to the issue going on with her and it was not till about the 3rd visit that they corrected the treatment and directed the focus to the right area of lesion. This urgent care needs to be looked at and problems need to be fixed. I can tell by other reviews that this is an ongoing issue. When will these issues be fixed?

The service is excellent a little slow when you walk-in without an appointment but it's an amazing clinic.
They treat you with care and with respect! Definitely recommend this to everyone

The urgent care was beyond clean. The staff was extremely friendly. The wait was a little long but it is expected when you want quality healthcare. What I did like is that the staff updated you frequently on the status of your case. I was there a little over 2 hours which isn’t bad at all.

I had to go in for pre-employment screening which consist on TB and drug screening. I was in and out in under an hour. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. I had to get a form faxed over to them in order to start the process but I brought the incorrect form and staff gladly assisted and didn't turn me away. I would go back for any reason since it is an overall urgent care!

I had a very good experience. I walked in with no appointment and I was seen with minimum wait time. The staff and nurses were all very friendly and informative.

Went in for a physical around 7: 50am and was out by 9: 45am. Wasn't that bad of a wait, I don't mind waiting. I was a walk in so it went pretty fast. Everyone was nice and professional. Especially the nurse that performed all the test before the physical.

I've yet been cleared to receive the medication at CVS it's been 5 days now and the medication I got at the office there has made me terribly sick please contact me and reschedule me at your earliest convenience please

Very rude receptionist, long waiting time. Spend 2.5 hours. My attendee was very kind gentleman but other than that the experience was unduly.

Worst clinic around. I was crushed by a careless forklift driver at work. The MRI I received even said I had received damages on my hips and lower back when I went back to see the doctor they said it was do to my age why I'm feeling this way and sent me back to work really rude staff service so I'm getting a lawyer but health works is b.s. I recommend n e one to see a different doctor or clinic if at all possible maybe it's just me but that my experience at health works in city of Vernon

It's like being in the dmv. Worst part is empty and still have to wait almost 3 hours. With a appointment.

First time here. Girl at the from desk really unprofessional as soon as u walk in see her U know its bad showing her tattoos long nails. So many people working here n they take forever. THE Dr is cool he's actually friendly shows u respect its just some of the staff. I'm sure if some of the staff was trained better it would be a good place. Also find a faster way for appoiments.

Great experience here they where very helpful from the moment I called to see if I could be seen with no appointment to the moment I was leaving. Very attentive helpful professional amazing staff.

4 hrs for a scheduled physical that i arrived on time for.like with the other poor reviews someone from US healthworks will probably say "thanks for your review were making improvements on wait time" like they commented on the other reviews from months ago.no point in saying that if you're not going to follow through on it.avoid this location.

First impressions are everything to me so, sit back and listen to this.

Walk in, typical clinic, sign in to hurry up and wait right, not! I was greeted very professionally and after 32 minutes I was called.

Danny was the medical professional who called me in to start the height and weight along with the endless of questions as to why I am here. Danny was completely professional and his bedside manner was on par with a regular doctors office, not what you would expect from reading these reviews.

I will update once I have met with their doctor.

8/28/17 UPDATE;

The entire front line staff are amazing! I have seen three doctors here and I have to say, two are great, one could use a career change.

Dr. Abdo has great bedside manner, knowledagble, professional and really cares about your health. I would highly recommend going in with an open mind and ignoring the negative reviews on here and YELP!

This is the reason why insurance rates are so high for everyone because of medical quacks like the ones in this institution. Since the insurance is paying they don't care

Hour long wait for this facility, very slow process and i have been to a few.and lobby has only 4 other people.why so many workers and so slow?

My experience was bad also. I was having a basic physical and it took 3 and a half hours to complete. If this is something you do every day, you should be able to do it well and in a timely manner. After the doctor examined me, I sat in the exam room for 30 minutes before someone told me I was finished This office is really bad

Can't give it a zero star, but this is the worst clinic I've been, employees are mostly talking to themselves instead of helping people, only reason I went is for a pre-employment check

The company I work for made an appointment at 6pm. Came in early to fill out paper. Over 30min later and they haven't even register.
