Their service was amazing and good prices. They went out of their way to get me the information I needed to make a decision. They did a video FaceTime walk around of the Maserati because I live almost 2 hours away before I made the drive. They were very friendly and helpful.

Purchase a used Audi from them. Not the greatest experience. Car was dirty upon picking it up, it was missing 4 lug nuts, and later found out the LED Screen wasn’t functioning properly. I called them a few days later to see if they could / would help resolve my issues and they weren’t helpful.
Just sharing my experience

My partner and I felt good about purchasing from Anthony and although I never met Edwin he was quite helpful over the phone. When we reached a price point that we were all comfortable with we agreed to come into sign the paperwork at about 6pm on a Tuesday. Anthony texted me the out the door price, it matched the paperwork. It took a little over an hour to sign all the forms. We got to watch the World Series as we waited. Anthony even stayed later to give us a run down on some of the technology in the car. After this experience we will most likely be servicing our new Rav4 Hybrid XSE at SF Toyota for years to come. I highly recommend SF Toyota and encourage you to work with Anthony Hom!

First, I am glad that so many other people had such a great experience with this dealership. Reading the reviews, I felt encouraged. Unfortunately, my experience was very far from what others experienced. I was surprised, and mostly disappointed. Early disclaimer - this may be long.

I was looking for a vehicle since I just moved back to CA from HI. I am retiring from active duty and I was looking for my retirement gift/commuter car. Naturally, being a military member, I decided to use USAA's car buying service through truecar.com and it led me to a vehicle at US Motors. Unfortunately, it was listed HIGHER ($1600+) than the average listing that I found on the website.

This however, did not deter me since you could always just contact the dealership and make a deal. Well, I was texting a sales rep named Ro throughout the day and I asked about the discrepancy that I observed. Of course, the reasoning behind it was that "True car likely is not taking into account packages the car has as well as the fact that it is red interior. " This is when I told her of a comparable car with the same package set, same red interior, but different exterior color. I even provided the link which just so happened to be from truecar.com. At this point, she directed me to her GM, Richard. This is where things went downhill.

I asked if he could delay the phone call for about an hour since I was driving home, and they obliged with no problems. As serendipitous as it was, Richard called me just as I was pulling into my driveway which was great. We started talking, and he didn't seem to interested in what I had to say. So I told him about the other vehicle that I found and then BAM! "What color was it? " "Oh silver, well did you know that white and red is the number one color combo" and "I'm not sure if you understand the market, but this is very difficult to find" and "We had to fight with other dealerships to get this" and so on and so forth. But he was very aggressive, and spoke down to me as if I did not know what I was talking about and I had no idea what kind of car I was viewing. Needless to say, I got upset and admittedly, I raised my voice. I wanted to speak with his manager or boss, and yes, he did apologize. I explained that I was willing to listen simply because the dealership was owned by military family and I WANTED to give them my business. But my dealings with the dealership to this point have not been great and unfortunately, I will look elsewhere.

Like I said, I'm glad so many other customers have had a great experience; I just wish mine was like theirs. Looking at the reviews, it can be easy to write this one review off, but please be aware and don't let these guys bully you around or imply that you don't understand the market. There are too many tools out there to arm yourself with the knowledge you need to make a great deal.

UPDATE 6/26/20: To her credit, Ro has apologized for the actions of her GM.

UPDATE 6/27/20: Ro has contacted me again expressing her apologies and that of the owner, Simon. I thanked her for her efforts in trying to rectify the situation, but I stated that I was no longer interested.

Overall great experience. From my inquiry over the phone, to being in person with the sales team I Never felt like it was high pressure. The cars are extremely nice top notch picks & love my car. The finance guy was great to work with as well. He was able to get me a great rate because of the great relationship they have with the banks they use. Just a great experience & it didn’t take all day. I would buy from them again any day & highly recommend them.

I wanted to trade in my car for one of their vehicles in stock. I sent pictures on their website which was nicely done and super easy and fast. I received a text and agreed on a time I would stop by the same day. When I got there, I was not greeted by anyone nor was the person that was helping me over text was present. The salesman that was helping me was unmotivated and I was under the impression at all times that he did not want to be there and did not want to help me. The cars were in great condition and most of their inventory is from Manheim as well.
