Couldn’t be bothered to find the leak, denied the leak existed, in a giant rush, super rude, I have water coming through the outside of my house now. Run away from these people

The technician arrived on time. He was very professional. The customer service and quality of work was excellent.

My home warranty company assigned U. S. Plumbing & Rooter, Inc to detect a leak in backyard after the issue was already diagnosed by another plumber (they reroute order on September). The insurance gave authorization to proceed with repair. Us plumbing sent a technician last Friday after I called repeatedly to the insurance because nobody was showing up. The feedback to us from us plumbing’ we did not have the right phone number on the work order’ when Insurance has my phone number. We resolved the issue in a 2: 1 so us plumber manager agreed to proceed. Technician came unprepared without the detection machine on October 7th. I showed him the leak and he said I need to call another tech to do the diagnosis. After I called my home insurance, they called me back with a new schedule for 10/10. Us plumbers called and they gave me today 10/11 (9-12) The technician came at 11: 30 am and wanted to repeat the work that previous plumbers did (third plumber) instead of running the leak detector as planned. I have not seen the detector so there is unclear if he carried that. I asked the tech ‘why are you doing the work again’ ‘ I am working and you are making me to skip an important meeting and waste my time to repeat this again’ ‘you suppose to run the detector today’. ‘Why are not you doing that’. He said ‘I need to talk to my manager and walk away without even saying good bye’. No follow up. I have to call uS plumbers and insurance to report the issue. This is a urgent leak. We paid 500 dollars for water due to this and they were super unconsidered not only due to the cost but also to the fact that I am working. After one month and a half, no diagnosis of the leak was done. Don't use these guys. I believe they are scamming the home insurance s
