US Post Office reviews
15 This place should be listed as a drop off point because they can't issue a post date or give you a receipt.you can buy postage materials and basically leave your mail with them. If you need documentation to show you sent the mail out go elsewhere. It's a good convenience store with mail drop-off capabilities.that's it.
That's my experience.let me know if this has changed.
I took a a package with a cell phone return claim from the insurance they didn’t gave me a receipt and insurance make me pay the $700 for the claim because they lost the package and usps never returned it
SHADY BUSINESS HERE! WENT TO DROP OFF 2 CELL PHONE RETURNS AND WHEN I WENT TO DROP OFF! THE LADY AT THE COUNTER SAID "I DON'T GIVE RECEIPTS FOR DROP-OFFS! "
EVERYONE GIVES RECEIPTS NO MATTER WHAT! IF IS SAYS USPS, UPS OR FEDEX, DHL ANY POSTAL PACKAGE COMPANY GIVES A RECEIPT FOR ALL PACKAGES THAT ARE DROPPED OFF! SHADY BUSINESS HERE!
I asked quite some questions, the staff explained all those questions patiently, and got my mail prepared. Pretty smooth experience.
Not really a post office at all. Barely any box & envelope options, no cards, barely any service. Lady was rude and unhelpful. Best fit for ready-to-mail drop off.
Worst customer service of all time! The lady at the counter is extremely rude. I came in to ship priority 2 day. I had all my items ready to ship and they said I couldn't use their packaging. Then I showed them on the label where it says I can use ANY packaging (I have used these labels from many sites with no issue). So I try to use the flat rate shipping envelope and they tell me I have to use a large box (for a small item). I didnt bring my own packing tape to seal the box
so they refused service. Both the man and woman were extremely rude through out the whole experience. Would give 0 starts if I could
I love this cute little post office that's also an interesting store. More often than not, there isn't much of a line and the employees are quite helpful and kind.
I like this small post office. Usually it's not busy. I have been able to send letters, dropping off my packages, getting prepaid envelops, pretty much all I needed from a post office.
I have used this Post office for a while.i don't have any problem at all. This place is very good. Thanks
0 stars. This place is not helpful. I came here with a small, light package and was told it would be $20 to ship using usps standard shipping! It was not $20 at any other USPS. I came another time with some packages labeled and ready to ship and they would not provide a receipt with the list of tracking numbers, again like any other USPS would have provided. This place is equally stingy and greedy. Do yourself a favor and go to any other USPS.
Terrible customer service. I arrived 10 mins before closing and they refused to provide service.
Convenient location. Extended hours that open later than other US Post Office. Plenty of parking. Provides all the services of any USPS office. Receipts are provided for all purchases (mailing labels, packages shipped, stamps, etc.)
Despite what others may say, this location is an official post office. Look for the name "SENTER POST". They even process passport (for adults only) currently. There are other businesses also at this location (video, insurance, etc.). It is a very small office. On my visit there was only postal agent visible. They are open until 7pm some days, but the last outbound mail pickup is 5pm M-F. The office is ideal for the local community they service. The clerk I dealt with was very polite and efficient. Remember, this is a small office and you may have to wait for assistance.
Lots of mixed reviews. I've been sending out mail at this location for about 2 years now, and have not had any poor experiences. I'm not sure if this location has ALL the things that the normal post office can offer, but it's certainly been enough for me. It's typically very fast, too. I've only been in maybe a 1-2 person line for the mailing desk.
I've purchased and sent envelopes, mailed packages both domestically and internationally; and they've all reached their destinations. The woman at the desk has always been very nice, and offers suggestions on pricing or mailing options.
I typically do not create these reviews, but this place deserves it. This location has great hours, and has been open on days when other usps locations have been closed.
