US Post Office, Fresno CA

The worst customer service. Was charged double to correct a mistake THEY made on a package I needed mailed out. Blonde woman in window is extremely rude, condescending, and I fear low key racist. She is Extremely unpleasant to work with and will not acknowledge she makes errors (as she is the one who messed up my package). The few times I have had to go there she has been very short, rude and cold toward me while always assisting others (who don’t look like me) kindly. This is a serious issue that should be addressed in my opinion.

Worst customer service I’ve ever had at a post office by the lady at the window on Wednesday morning. When I asked her a question about making a change of address, her response to me was that this was a private post office for people who live in this neighborhood only, without knowing if I even live there opt not. Not very helpful and somewhat condescending.

This is the most cutest little Post Office I ever seen! It brings a warm welcoming vibe that makes you feel part of the community. I would wait in line no matter how long it takes because it's just that aesthetically pleasing. I love my new little Post Office!
