This was our first time renting a storage unit & Nadia was the most helpful & most patient with us. Everything was so easy to navigate online & Nadia was quick to answer any questions we had when we went to the actual unit. She went out of her way to make sure we were okay with the unit we got & was very accommodating especially since we arrived later in the day.
Would definitely recommend this storage center & Nadia!:)

My first time here and had such a great experience! Nadia is so sweet and helpful. I enjoyed the process of renting a unit. The facility is clean and spacious. I would recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for a good safe unit.

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE BOOKING THIS PLACE:

I booked two storage units from here starting mid July. I needed it for 3 weeks. I spoke with Nadia at the front desk to explain my situation. After speaking with her, I was under the impression that I need to give a notice to vacate by the 5th of the month and if I decide to leave let's say on the 10th, I would only be charged from 1st until 10th. Also, online there is a deal of 50% discount on the first month of storage but there's a catch. It's only 50% on the month you start. For example, if I booked a storage unit from mid july, I will only get the 50% from July 15th until July 30th. I don't get the 50% until August 15th. They charge you the full rate starting 8/1.

I moved out of both of my storage units on August 6th. I gave my notice to vacate on August 2nd. I paid for the full month of August and was under the impression that, I would only be charged from August 1st until August 6th since I gave my notice to vacate on August 2nd (before August 5th). Unfortunately, no that was not the case. I was told that I need to MOVE OUT by the 5th of the month to not be charged for the full month. I spoke multiple times with Nadia and even met her in person. I was told that she tried but she couldn't do it in the system and she had told me I need to move out by the 5th. I don't remember signing anything that said I need to move out by the 5th to not be charged for the full month (I could be wrong here). I called the call center to ask what can I do and was told that US Storage policy is to give notice to vacate 10 days prior to leaving and then each individual branch has their own policy so I have to work with the specific branch and they can't help me.

To be honest, that's a silly policy and not flexible to customer needs. I lost ~$400 for both storage units only because I moved out on ONE DAY LATE. This is not catering to customer's needs on partial moves. How can you decide if you need the unit for the whole month by only giving 5 days to the customer? Life events happen and if you decide to move out on 6th or 7th, too bad, you have to pay for the whole month. If I knew this was going to happen, I would've booked with someone else.

They've taken my money but hope this helps save other people money by reading this.

FYI, the customer service message below is just a PR stunt. I reached out to them on Aug 21st and it's Sept 8th. No response. See email screenshot. They don't really care.

It was super easy to reserve my unit online! Within minutes I received a call from Nadia who was absolutely wonderful and very helpful in helping my family and me rent the units we needed. She answered all of our questions and gave us the resources we needed. While loading our things into the unit, she even drove by to provide us with water! Thank you Nadia!

I went to 2 other storage places before I ended up here. Nadia was very helpful and showed me the available units. I told her I wouldn’t be ready for a couple weeks and she checked in with me periodically until I was ready to rent the unit. Highly recommend seeing Nadia if you need storage
