The on site manager Karen provided great service! Took the time to show me each unit size, so I could decide which would fit right for my needs

Cleo and staff are absolutely amazing and accommodating. They are so genuine in their efforts to help and work with you in finding the perfect space for your budget. I was feeling very apprehensive about finding a safe reliable storage facility which I use daily for my business and as soon as I entered the office at US Storage I knew I was in good hands. They are sincere and warm hearted and I cannot say enough great things about Cleo and anyone else I have ever dealt with there. I plan to be here for years to come and to continue seeing their lovely smiling faces and waves from the office! Thank you Cleo!

Very frustrating. Worst experience ever. I wanted to pay one extra month and US STORAGE chared me 2 months. I asked for 1 month refund, they told me they cannot refund until I move out. This company tries to eat free money from customers. Be very careful before paying the rent. DON'T EVERY PAY ANY EXTRA!

Stay away from this place, it has a ongoing problem with robberies. Other people have told me they have got stuff stolen from here. I moved my stuff on Jan 28th by February 2 my stuff was gone. Everytime i go to the office noone is there and when they are all they tell you is to contact the manager. When i did talk to some one they told me they could not help because they wanted to go home and to contact the manager the next day, next day there is noone in the office. I would give 0 Stars if I could.

I came there on Sunday, November 20 and saw that lock was missing. I opened the storage and saw that someone had broken in. All items were scattered, all boxes were opened and things were missing. I went to the office but it is closed on Sundays. I called the number, spoke with an operator and I was told manager will call me back due to emergency. No one called me back on Sunday or Monday. I emailed them on Monday asking for a reply and sent them all the pictures that I took. No one ever replied or called me back.

Lovely property manager on site! Was able to show me a few different units and explained all the charges to me. I feel good renting a space here.

I was here for 2.5 years and I moved out today. Never had one issue there. Olivia in the office was very helpful.
